Funeral services will be tomorrow at 11 a.m. at the Burkhart Funeral Home, Sandwich, with the Rev. Bruce Speer officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Chicago. Friends may call today from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.

at the funeral home. Pflarl Horan Pearl Horan, 86, Franklin Grove Health Center, Franklin Grove, died Sept. 18, 1980, at the Franklin Grove Health Center. She was born Jan. 5, 1894 in Aurora, daughter of Elry and Etta Shaffer.

She owned and operated a beauty shop in DeKalb for many years. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1942, four brothers and three sisters. Funeal services will be Sunday at the Ronan-Moore Mortuary at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev.

Philip Holtsford officiating. Burial will be in Mound Rest Cemetery, Cortland. Friends may call at Ronan-Mpore Mortuary from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday.

John Weber SANDWICH John Weber, 73, Lake Holiday, Sandwich, died Sept. 17, 1980, at Sandhaven Convalescent Center, Sandwich. He was born July 27, 1907, in Munich, Germany, the son of Ludwig and Marie Weber. He married Lorraine Condon on Dec. 27, 1939, in Chicago.

Survivng is his wife, Lorraine. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters. DeKalb Accident Bryan S. Parks, 22, 824 N. 12th was transported to Kishwaukee Community Hospital with minor injuries Thursday after a car-motorcycle accident on Sycamore Road, police reported.

said Park allegedly rear-ended a car driven by Edgar W. Mer-ton, 77, 357 Rolfe Road, while Merton was stopped on Sycamore Road waiting to turn into a private drive. Parks told police he could not see Merton's brake lights or signal because of the sun, officials said. Damages were estimated at 125 to Merton's car, and $200 to Park's motorcycle. Parks was treated and released at KCH.

Interested persons should call Wilhelm at the Gordon center, 756-4875, to find out about the training. Arrest Terri R. Peevy, 20, Tulsa, Okla, was arrested on a charge of soliciting magazines without a license after police followed up a complaint, officials said. Officials reported that Peevy was stopped at 8105 Lincolnshire Thursday in response to a call alleging she was rude, using hardsell tactics. Peevy was then transported to the county jail after she was unable to post bond.
