This cozy 1,650-square-foot home has a two-car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and special options, such as an unfinished basement of 846 square feet and an unfinished storage area of 274 square feet. The entryway of the Hopewell opens into the great room, which takes up the entire front of the home. It should not be next to trees and shrubs that compete for moisture, but it should be part of the overall landscape plan. It should be near the house, so you will tend to it easily, and it should be near a source of water. It must be in an area that has good drainage and not flood with every little rain. If you already have a garden, now is a good time to select the varieties you want to grow and begin the indoor planting of early cool-season crops.
