Mr. Jack was a graduate of Pier-soils Academy, West Bridgewater, and Pennsylvania College of Embalming, Pittsburgh. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. May Conway Jack; a daughter, Mrs, Harold Phiilis. and three grandchildren.

Mr. Preis is survived by two daughters, Mrs. B. Swarts and Mrs. Katherine H.

Smith, and two grandchildren, Charles and William Smith, all of Cleveland.
