ALTON EVENING TELEGRAPH Section 2 Pages 13-22 Established January 15, 1836 Politics To Be Topic At Blackburn CARLINVILLE Politics will again become the topic of discussion when the Blackburn discussion group, Phi Kappa Alpha calls together its second meeting of the year Wednesday, Oct. 17, at 7:30 p. m. in Allison dining hall. The meeting will feature talks by two members of Blackburn's faculty, Wilson Newbauer will discuss Adlal Stevenson from the Republican point of view, and Harold Spencer will offer a profile view of President Eisenhower from the Democrat's standpoint.
