Cool, detached men of science. And to put it in totally objective terms, we think European Health Spas' new fitness program is absolutely fabulous. It called PACE, which stands for Personal Aerobic Circuit Exercise. And what this new system does is make the whole process of getting into better shape more efficient and more enjoyable than it's ever been. "For starters, PACE is based on the latest scientific ill I 1 If v7 A tMm research, instead of the outmoded notions of repetition and sacrifice.

Which makes it fast and efficient. PACE is basically ten exercise stations set up in a circuit. Three laos around the circuit and you get a complete aerobic and muscular workout in less "it's fun to shop in Shadyside" than 30 minutes. Two or three workouts a week and you'll start noticing results sooner than most people would expect. "PACE is also flexible, personal and noncompetitive.

With different workloads and goals for each participant. So it's great for men and women of all ages, no matter what shape they're in to begin with. "And most important of all, PACE is designed to be good for your whole body. Your heart and circulatory system. Your muscular strength.

Your overall flexibility and endurance. Even your body composition (the ratio of lean muscle tissue to fat). "So if you'd like to get into better shape and you're over 21, stop by any European Health Spa and give our PACE program a try. "We think it's really terrific. And we're certain other fitness experts will feel the same way we do about PACE.
