The Republic, Columbus, Friday, August 30, 2013 A11 DEATHS Pauline Crump Columbus Pauline DeVore Crump, 96, of Columbus, died at 5:22 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, at Columbus Regional Hospital. Arrangements are incomplete at Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street. Thomas Crusinberry Sarasota, Fla.

Thomas Frank Crusinberry, 91, of Sarasota, FL, died Aug. 26, 2013. He was born Sept. 1, 1921, to Clem and Pansy (Hastings) Crusinberry in Sioux Falls, SD. He served in the Army during World War II, earning a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart.

Tom graduated from South Dakota State University with a BS degree in mechanical engineering and moved to Detroit, where he was employed by Ford Tractor Company. After retiring from Ford, he helped set up Claas of America in Columbus, IN, then moved to Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, John; his first wife, Kathryn; and his son, Thomas. Survivors include his wife, Marie; daughter, Barbara (Jim) Reck of Iowa City, IA; daughter-in-law, Susan Crusinberry of Columbus, IN; four grandchildren; and four great- grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Sept.

24 at 2 p.m. at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 790 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL. Memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice, 5955 Rand Sarasota, FL 34238, or to the Music Fund at Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Arrangements were made by Farley Funeral Homes Crematory in Venice, FL.

Reyanne Harden Columbus Reyanne Nicole Rey Harden, 37, of Columbus, died Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013, at IU Medical Center Cancer Pavilion. Reyanne was employed at Capco. She enjoyed playing softball, going to yard sales and fishing and camping. Funeral will be at 3 p.m.

Saturday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street, with Pastor Tim Forsee officiating. Calling will be from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bartholomew County Humane Society. Online condolences may be expressed at www.myers-reed.

com. Born in Bayfield, WI, April 25, 1976, Reyanne was the daughter of Larry Lynn and Libby Antone Harden. She is survived by her mother, of Columbus; brothers, Joseph (Kelly) Harden of Columbus and Dusty (Nancy) Meyer of Chilton, WI; her maternal grandmother, Viola Ortiz of DePere, WI; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Lynn Harden, and grandparents, Dorothy and Walter Harden. Neva Lockman Medora Neva Marie Imogene Lockman, 91, of Medora, died at 6:50 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013, at Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown. Survivors include her husband, Charles F. Lockman; a daughter, Patricia Marie (George) Adams of Seymour; two grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; and two great- great-grandchildren. Funeral will be at 11 a.m.

Saturday at Spurgeon Funeral Home in Brownstown with David Sawyers officiating. Calling will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Brownstown.

Norma McKinney Crescent Drive Norma Mae McKinney, 74, of Crescent Drive, died at 3:10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, at Willow Crossing Health Rehabilitation Center. Norma graduated in 1957 from Columbus High School, where she was an honor roll student.

She worked many jobs, including at Nagel Book Store and Jester Clothing Store. After she married, she was employed by Cummins Engine Company, was manager of Paul Harris Clothing Store, a secretary at Neal Paint Store and an aide, then secretary, at Northside Middle School. Norma was a member of First United Methodist Church where she had been a Sunday school teacher. She previously volunteered as a Girl Scout and Brownie leader and was a member of a home economics club. She enjoyed traveling, going to plays at the theater, movies and dancing.

Norma loved being with her family. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris Lantz officiating. Calling will be from 1 to 5 p.m.

Monday and one hour prior to the service Tuesday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Association. Born in Columbus Jan. 11, 1939, Norma was the daughter of John Wallace and Pauline Young Wallace.

She married George McKinney in June 1957. Survivors include her husband; daughters, Deb (Sal) Risinger of Tucson, AZ, Vicki (Mark) Huckaby of Columbus, IN, and Susan (Eric) Wilcox of Jeffersonville, IN; a brother, John Wallace of Florida; grandchildren, Amie Spaugh, Justin Ebert, Joel Huckaby, Ashley Huckaby, and Rachel Wilcox; and great-grandchildren, Nate, Nick and Nora-Li Spaugh, Noah Jordan and Thad Huckaby. www.jewellrittman.com Robert Murphy Scottsburg Robert Franklin Murphy, 94, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2013, at Scott Memorial Hospital. He was born on February 24, 1919, in Scott County, Indiana, the son of the late Samuel Scott and Ethel (Ray) Murphy. Bob was married on Dec. 24, 1937, to Lillian Agnes Wells. He attended Spencerian School of Business and IU Southeast and worked as an Assistant Bridge Maintenance Engineer for I.N.D.O.T.

in Seymour, Indiana, retiring on June 30, 1985, after 27 years. He also was a farmer. Bob was a member of Zoah Christian Church, served during World War II in the U.S. Navy, was a member of the I.O.O.F. Lodge 555 for more than 65 years, was a member of American Legion Post No.

234 and had belonged to Scottsburg Volunteer Fire Department since 1941. He was a former 4-H leader and member and was inducted into 4-H Hall of Fame. He was a charter member of both the Maine Anjou Cattle Association and the S.H.S. Alumni Association, a former volunteer for the Scott Memorial Hospital Guild and a former member of the Moose Family Center No. 2324.

He was preceded in death by a grandson; a great-grandson and three brothers, Ray, Leland and Samuel Murphy. Survivors include his wife, Lillian Agnes (Wells) Murphy; three sons, Robert S. Murphy of Franklin, Indiana, Michael P. Murphy and his wife Annette and Teddy D. Murphy and his wife Melanie, all of Scottsburg, Indiana; four daughters, Regina Pastrick and her husband George of Columbus, Indiana, Sonja Baldridge and her husband Kenneth of Louisville, Kentucky, Nancy Swank and Linda Murphy, both of Scottsburg, Indiana; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg with burial at Scottsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 pm today and after 9 am Saturday. Larry Thomas Vallonia Larry Thomas, 44, of Vallonia, died Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013, in Brownstown. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Johnson Funeral Home in Vallonia. Lela Smith Columbus Lela M. Smith, 84, of Columbus, died at 6:40 a.m.

Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, at Merry Manor. Survivors include a son, Ronnie (Flo) Coomer of Columbus; five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Martha Jean Wilhite. A private family service is planned at a later date.
