The statute defines an "emeroency" as a situation in which property or human life ate leopardy and the prompt summoning of aid is essential, it is also an ottense subtect to the same penalties to obtain the use ot a party line by falsely stating that it is needed tor such an emergency call. (2) it is a misdemeanor tor anyone to use the telephone as a means ot conveying obscene or indecent language or to telephone anonymously another person repeatedly for the purpose of annoying, molesting or harassing such person or hts family.
