He was a lifelong resident of Eatontown. He attended St Dorothea's Roman Catholic Church. Steven was a talented mechanic and a self-employed lands caper.

He loved to fish with his father. Frank, who predeceased him in 2004. He also enjoyed riding mo-torcross motorcycles. He was predeceased by his father, Frank in 2004. Surviving are his mother, Rose J.

Mr. Olsen was a graduate of Drake University. He managed his father's commercial fishing business for many years before beginning a career as a senior timekeeper at the Bendix Corporation, Eatontown. Born in Sea Bright, he spent most of his life there before recently moving to Fair Haven. He was predeceased by his wife, Martha Wetzel Olsen, on Sept.

19, 1988. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, John M. Jr. and Lynn P. Olsen of Eatontown; a sister, Eve Olsen Bragg of Atlanta; four grandchildren, John M.

Olsen, James M. Olsen, Jennifer M. Taylor, and Greggory B. Olsen; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m.

HANKINS, 79. of FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, died Thursday, March 10, at his son's home in Manalapan. Mr. Han-kins was born in the Smithburg section of Freehold Township and lived there most of his life. Mr, Hankins was a U.S.

Navy veteran of World War II and had served in the Pacific Theater of Operations. He was a truck driver for Suburban Propane, Howell, where he was employed for more than 30 years before his retirement 17 years ago. He was the son of the late Elias Smith Hankins and Jessie Apple-gate Hankins. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, William D. and Karen Hankins of Manalapan; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Reed E.

Young of Honolulu; and two grandsons, Douglas J. Hankins and Michael W. Koenigsfest Visiting will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, with funeral services during the evening hours at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Freehold.

JEANELLEN FREND0CK HANSEN. 49. of New Monmouth, MIDDLETOWN, died Friday, March 11, at her home. She was a teacher's aide for the Middletown Township Board of Education at New Monmouth School, where she worked for George's by the River Episcopal Church, Rumson (please go directly to church on Monday). MICHAEL F. PINTO, 55, of Leonardo, MIDDLETOWN, died Thursday, March 10, at River-view Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Long Branch, he was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a sergeant for the Middle-town Police Department for 25 years, retiring in 1995. Mr.

Pinto was a life member of the Brevent Park Fire Middletown PBA, and the Retired Officers Association. He loved the Yankees and loved nothing better than sitting on his deck listening to Mike and the Mad Dog with a cold Schaffer. He was a dedicated Civil War buff. He was predeceased by his father, Frank G. Pinto, in 1999; and his sister, Carolyn "Susie" Newell, in 1999.

Surviving are his wife of 20 years, Diane; two sons and daughters-in-law, Frank and Eva of Leonardo, and Bryan and Mandy Cavaliere of Port Monmouth, Middletown; a daughter, Carri-Ann Pinto of Red Bank; his mother, Betty-Jane Pinto of North Carolina; a sister, Donna Skrutskie of North Carolina; two grandchildren, Adrianna and Cody; and many nieces and nephews. Primak. PATRICIA E. REEVES. 71. of HAZLET, died Thursday, March 10, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch.

She was a certified nurse's aide for many people in the Monmouth County ANN MARIE CLARK. 67. of the West Belmar section of WALL, died Friday. March 11, at the Medicenter, Neptune City. Bom in the Bronx, she had lived in the Tottenville section of Staten Island before moving to Wall In 1971.

She was employed as the lead clerk at Merrill Lynch, Manhattan, and later in Jersey City for 42 years before retiring in 1998. She was a member of the Gaelic Society of New York City, and she was an avid dancer. She loved Irish step-dancing. Her hobbies were sewing, carpentry and gardening her beautiful roses. She was also a patron and sponsor for the Humane Society.

She was a communicant of St. Rose Roman Catholic Church, Belmar. She was predeceased by her parents, John Harrison and Kathleen Foley Clark. Surviving are her two brothers and their wives, John Harrison Jr. and Phyllis of Onancock, Va.

and Gerard F. and Lucille of Brick; and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the O'Brien Funeral Home, Highway 35 at New Bedford Road, Wall.

Born in Hartford, in 1929 during the beginning of the Great Depression, Louise was a young Army wife and mother who moved all over the country and Europe in her "career" with her husband, Philip, an Army officer who died in 1994.

The family settled in Fort Monmouth in 1966 and she lived in Eatontown afterward No moss grew under her feet Very active with a high energy level this was a typical week for her volunteering at the Fort Monmouth thrift shop, mentoring a young single mother through her church; reading to elementary school children, meeting for lunch or dinner with friends, each of whom felt she was their best friend. Born in Hungary, he came to the United States in 1956 and resided In New Brunswick before moving to Ocean Township in 1995.

Jerome's Roman Catholic Church, West Long Branch. She was a medical secretary at Monmouth Medical Group, Oakhurst. Laura was especially fond of her pugs. Surviving are her daughter, Laura M. Karolewicz, with whom she shared her home, and Laura's fiance, William; and her mother, Laura C.

ADELINE "MICKEY" BIELFELDT MC GREG0R. of Chatham, who has children in MIDDLETOWN, died on Thursday, March 10, in Middletown.

She was the beloved wife for 61 years of Austen "Sandy" Bradford McGregor, who predeceased her in 2004. She was born to Lo-rena Mere and William Cornelius DuBridge on Aug. 19, 1919, in Blue Island, 111. She attended the University of Illinois, and was a flight attendant for American Airlines. She met Sandy while he was a naval officer, and were married Dec.

17, 1943. Mrs. McGregor was a teacher for six decades to hundreds of piano and organ students in her home and at her students' homes. She loved to bake for those at home or in need, and was a volunteer at Overlook Hospital, Summit As a founding member of Corpus Christi Parish, Chatham, Mrs. McGregor played at church services, funerals and weddings.

She and Mr. McGregor were weekly readers for services, and had many roles in the church. She was predeceased by her husband, Austen "Sandy" McGregor. Surviving are her six children, Margaret Hoopes of Washington, Patricia Dunphy of Middletown, Jayne McGregor of Wilkesboro, N.C., Douglas McGregor of Chatham, Elizabeth Harrison of Flemington, and James McGregor of Middletown; her grandchildren, Jennifer and Brad Hoopes, Meghan Lopez, Todd and Kevin Dunphy, Caleigh Raymer, Matthew and Caitlyn Harrison, and Austen Liam, and Ava McGregor, and her great- Eatontown; and his aunt and uncle, Marie and Thomas H. Ken-ney of Ocean Township.

25, in St. Thomas. Born in Elizabeth, he lived in Colonia before moving to Long Branch in 1979. He was a co-owner of Jeffrey B. Leonard Hair Salon, Little Silver, for 15 years.

He was predeceased by his father, William Cardinale in 1989; and his brother, Patrick Cardinale, in 2000. Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Jean Cardinale Fissell and William Fissell of Ormond Beach, and his godson, David Marrazo. 85, of Rl'MSON. passed away on Thursday, March 10, at her home. She had been a resident of Rumson for 56 years. Born in Neptune, Mrs. Phillips was a graduate of the Monmouth Memorial Hospital Nursing School, where she also taught nursing.

At the end of World War II, Aliene received a commendation certificate from the surgeon general of the United States for her efforts in teaching and preparing nurses for the military service during World War II. In 1983, she retired from the Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch as an IV therapist. She was an avid skier, skiing in Europe and the Rocky Mountains. She will be deeply missed by her many loving friends and wonderful neighbors. She was the beloved daughter of the late Harry and Aliene.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her son, Richard Phillips and his wife, Christine of Waretown; a daughter, Joyce Borden Vernon of Rumson; a sister, Doris Hulshart of Waretown; and two grandchildren, Ariane and Jeffrey of Ware-town.
