A continental breakfast will be served at 10 a.m. with Dr. Audrey Burkhardt of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, as the keynote speaker. Mattison Asbury Park, has additional information on the Kosciuszko ball on Saturday THE 51ST ANNUAL BALL of the Kosciuszko Foundation will take place at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the grand ballroom of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, New York. Traditions at the ball each year include the presentation of several young ladies of Polish descent and the performance of dances from various regions of Poland by the Polish American Dance company. The Kosciuszko Foundation sponsors various Polish cultural activities and helps finance books and other publications by Polish authors.

It also offers scholarships to students wishing to study in Poland and arranges for Polish students to attend American universities. College health fair tomorrow COUNTY RESIDENTS can get free screening for blood pressure, glaucoma, scoliosis and a dozen other physical disorders at tomorrow's day-long Brookdale Health Fair from 11 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

in the Brookdale Community College gymnasium, Lincroft section of Middle-town Township. Freehold Area Hospital, Freehold Township, and Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, will have displays at the fair, as will several chiropractors and more than 30 service organizations ranging from the state Division of Youth and Family Services to the American Cancer Society to Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Pro basketball program at mall THE NATIONAL TOURING "NBA America's Game" will be hosted by Seaview Square Mall, Routes 66 and 35, Ocean Township, Thursday through Sunday. The program gives people an opportunity to learn more about professional basketball through information panels, contests and videotape monitors highlighting the greatest moments in NBA history. A free-throw area gives would-be stars a chance to qualify for a trip to an NBA playoff game and a new car. 200 Club will hear state senator STATE SEN.

JOHN F. RUSSO, D-Ocean, will be the guest speaker at the luncheon of the 200 Gub at the Spring Lake Country Club beginning at 1 p.m. Friday. The 200 Club is a non-profit philanthropic organization that will present 11 awards to honor members of the state police, municipal police, volunteer firemen and first aid squad members in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Middletown girl pageant entrant KIMBERLY WOLTER, a pupil at River Plaza School, Middletown Township, will compete in the Little Miss Junior New Jersey pageant on Sunday at the Somerset Hilton.

The competition is for girls between the ages of 4 to 7, with the winner going on to the Little Miss Junior America pageant in Miami. Kimberly, 5, is the daughter of Jame Wolter, 50 Woodside Drive, Middletown Township. Her favorite activities include singing, gymnastics and mathematics. 1' a. j.

Ms. Zagury, a volunteer in the hospice program at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, began the Monmouth-Ocean AIDS Information Group after an AIDS patient with whom she worked died. That patient's family had abandoned her, Ms. Zagury said. While many hospital staff were tender and caring, many were not, she remembered.

The patient had no hospice volunteer until Ms. Zagury volunteered to work with her, she said, because hospital officials felt they could not ask a volunteer to work with an AIDS parent.
