For more than 20 years, he chaired the Roundtable speakers' forum at his church.

He was also a member of the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation, the World Federalists and the United Nations Association of Pittsburgh. Surviving are his wife, Helen; two sons, John A. of San Francisco, and the Rev. Bruce H. of McCandless; a brother, Owen of Clarion County; and four grandchildren.

Hanson, district justice in Linesville, Crawford County, said Edward Swiger, 23, of Philadelphia, and Michael Swiger, 21, of Cleveland, who are brothers, have been charged with criminal homicide and conspiracy to commit murder in the case. Crawford County Coroner Arden Hughes said authorities believe Pratt was killed to prevent him from implicating Edward Swiger in the burglary at Thiel. But Kurinko said a motive in the case has not yet been established. By Robert Johnson The Pittsburgh Press State police are operating on the assumption that a handcuffed man found buried in Crawford County was from the Pittsburgh area and had been beaten to death. Trooper Richard Kurinko of the Meadville barracks in Crawford County said yesterday investigators believe the victim was Roger Pratt, 23, formerly of Munhall. "We have information he was beaten to death, probably with fists. I don't think any weapon was involved," Kurinko said.

An undisclosed source provided state police with information which led to the discovery of the body Thursday in a shallow grave in North Shenango, Crawford County. Pratt, who was a student at Thiel College in Greenville, Mercer Coun Harry M. Sellers Jr. Harry M. "Butch" Sellers 46, chief of the White Oak Fire Company and an employee of the borough's street department for 18 years, died Friday of pneumonia in The Heri-tage-Sha-dyside Nursing Home.

A White Oak resident, he was past chief of the Rainbow Volunteer Fire Company, past president of the Allegheny County Volunteer Firefighters -Association and a charter member of the White Oak Rescue Squad. He was chief coordinator of the Mon-Yough Fire Defense Council. Mr. Sellers was a member of the Western Pennsylvania Firemen's Association, the Allegheny County Fire Chiefs Association, Twin Rivers Council of Governments, American Legion Post 701 of White Oak and the 11th Ward Welfare Association. Surviving are his wife, Maryann; a son, Adam; his mother, Ruth; and a brother, David; all of White Oak.

Burial will be private. Elynor Mae Sutter Elynor Mae Sutter, 59, a music teacher at Norwin Junior High School West, Westmoreland County, died Thursday of cancer in Monte-f tore Hospital.

A native of Homestead, she resided in North Huntingdon, Westmoreland County. The Carnegie Mellon University graduate was an organist and choir director at various churches and was former director of the Good News fingers. She was a member of St. John Church of North Versailles, the Pennsylvania State Education Association and the Pennsylvania Music Educators. X.

Surviving are her husband, Jack three daughters, Merideth Stau-denmaier and Laurie Bassler, both of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, and Amy Kuzio of Florence, her mother, Gertrude Bruce, of McKeesport; two brothers, Dr. David Bruce of Albany, N.Y., and James Bruce of Camp Hill, Dauphin County, and Laurel resort campers buy trailer park three grandchildren. Schlenke, 78, died of cancer at his home in Oakland on Sept. 28. A graduate of the School of Architecture at Carnegie Tech (now Carnegie Mellon University), Mr. Schlenke spent nearly all of his career with the Pittsburgh Housing Authority, where he was development director for more than 30 years. Venango in drug raid at home, work site A Venango County man was being held on $100,000 bond after state police confiscated a pound of marijuana, a small amount of cocaine and drug paraphernalia and records from his home and auto body shop.
