That's the slogan the Boy Scouts of America will be cheering as the nation's largest youth organization celebrates its 62nd birthday this month. Boy Scout Week began yesterday. The slogan is the rallying cry of the Scout's long-range plan called "Boypower '76." Now in its fourth year, the plan will continue through 1976 in an attempt to involve one-third of all American boys in scouting. The plan seeks to bring scouting to new generations, to disadvantaged youngsters, and to make the entire program more relevant to today's youth.

This year will see the birth of Project SOAR (Save Our American Resources). It is a national program founded on doing conservation good turns. The total membership of the Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Explorer divisions of Monmouth Council is 17,875 13,048 boys and young men and 4,827 adults. If the American challenger and the Soviet holder of the championship do not decide by 8 a.m. EST, tomorrow, Edmondson said, Max Euwe, head of the International Chess Federation, will choose the site. Euwe lives in the Netherlands, one of four places Spas-sky has listed as sites he considers suitable. The others are Iceland, France and Dortmund, West Germany. Fischer said he prefers a city in Yugoslavia, Buenos Aires, Argentina, or Montreal.

The American won the right to challenge Spassky by beating former world champion Ti-gran Petrosyan of the Soviet Union at Buenos Aires last year. Edmondson returned yesterday from what he called "cordial discussions" of the problem with Viktor Baturinsky of the Soviet Chess Club In em QcpcgiP xXJ ARM HAMMER CHOCOLATE FLAVORED Mb.
