Blakeney was born in New York City and lived in Old Bridge Township before moving to Long Branch 6 years ago. Her husband, Arthur Bellingreri, died in 1978. Surviving are a daughter, Virginia Blakeney, Long Branch; a brother, Henry Martin Long Branch; and, one grandchild. Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch, is in charge of arrangements. RALPH CARDONE, 94, of the Lincroft section of MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank.

He was a self-employed carpenter retiring 25 years ago. He was a communicant of Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Brooklyn, where he was a member of the Holy Name Society and St. Vincent Society. He attended St. Leo the Great Roman Catholic Church, Lincroft.

Mr. Cardone was born in Italy and lived in Brooklyn before moving to Lincroft 25 years ago. His wife, Rose Russo Cardone, predeceased him. Dan and Carl, grandchildren child. Holmdel Township, is ments.

Surviving are three sons, Edward Daniel Haymaker, William Wade Haymaker, Florida, and James Ronald Haymaker, Pennsylvania; three daughters, Mary Barbara Rogers, Palmetto, Shirley Ann Abrahamsen, Freehold Township, and Patsy Joyce Spence, Sarasota, a brother, John Cahoon, Farmingdale; a sister, Grace Reid, Stanton, 19 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, IS in charge of arrangements. DOUGLAS H. FRANCIS, 68, NEPTUNE, died Saturday at Mon- mouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was a supervisor at the Monmouth County Reclamation Center, Tinton Falls, for 18 years.

He was a World War II Army veteran, serving in the Pacific theater. He was a life member and past commander of the O'Brien Major Veterans of Foreign Wars post 2639, Neptune. Mr. Francis was born in Red Bank and was a lifelong shore resident. His wife, Ruth A.

Francis (Havens) died in 1993. Surviving are four daughters, Aileen F. Tobiassen of Cartaret, Dolores R. Schnuth and Brenda L. Izquierdo, both of Neptune, Gail R.

Griffith was born in Pittsburgh and lived there until moving to Wall 20 years ago. Surviving are her husband, F.H. Griffith; two sons, Robert of Pittsburgh and Richard of Valparaiso, two daughters, Tracy of Wall, and Susan of Los Angeles; and, four grandchildren. She was a dietary aid at the Frances Asbury Manor Nursing Home, Ocean Grove, for several years. She was a member of Asbury Evangelistic Chapel of Asbury Park, and served on the missionary board of the church. Ms. Jones was born in Henderson, N.C., and was a resident of the Shore area for many years. Her son, Thomas Jones, died in 1984.

Surviving are two brothers, Walter Howard Daye of Bristol, and George William Daye of Kittrell, N.C.; four sisters, Glendora Harris of Neptune, Lounenia Rice of Asbury Rice, Jeanette Brandon of Kittrell, N.C., and Sophia Peace of Oxford, N.C.; and, two grandchildren. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, Bayville. Mrs. Pokrywka was born in Cartaret, and lived in Elizabeth and Linden for most of her life. She also lived in Brick Township and Bayville for many years before moving to Tryon two and a half years ago. Her husband, Stanley, died in 1989.

Surviving are a son, Stanley P. of Milo, Maine; a daughter, Elizabeth P. Phillips, Landrun, S.C.; three brothers, Carl Martosewicz of Matawan, Stanley Radomski of Cartaret, and Al Radomski of Florida; two sisters, Mary Martas of Cartaret, and Angie Doran of Harrison; and seven grandsons. WEINDORF, 70, of Holiday City, BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at home. He was an elevator inspector for Western Electric, Kearny, for 42 years before retiring in 1985. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 4969, and the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks, Lodge 1875, both of Toms River. He was also a former member of Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge 399, Ortley Beach section of Dover Township. Mr.

Weindorf was born in Hoboken and lived in Toms River for 16 years before moving to Berkeley six months ago. Surviving are his wife, Pearl Mustapich Weindorf; two sons, John of Pheonix and Gary of Holmdel Township; a daughter, Mary Hauerstein of Oradell; and 11 grandchildren. ELSEWHERE TENGIZ ABULADZE, 70, a Georgian filmmaker whose "Repentance" became a symbol of political changes initiated under former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev, died at his home in TBILISI, Georgia, yesterday. The cause of death was not immediately known, said the ITAR-Tass and the Interfax news agencies.

Mr. Abuladze's film "Tree of Desire" in 1977 won him fame in the former Soviet Union and abroad. His popularity increased with his 1987 a surreal tale of a Georgian secret police boss under Soviet dictator Josef Stalin. The film was seen as a manifesto of Gorbachev's policies of greater openness. In 1988, Mr.

Abuladze was awarded the Lenin Prize, one of the highest awards of the ex-Soviet Union. He was elected to the Soviet parliament in 1990 and served until 1991. Surviving are his wife, Elaine Tichenor Steckert; three sons, George Jr. of Phillipsburg, Robert of the Colonia section of Woodbridge Township, and Kenneth of Easton, two brothers, Richard and Bernard Yeager, both of California; three sisters, Elsie Rondeau and Caroline Stiles, both of Springfield, and Florence Hankenson of Dover Township; and nine grandchildren. She was a member of the Women's Army Corps during World War II, and was a past vice commander of the American Legion, Erico Women's Post 1586, Buffalo, N.Y. She was a volunteer with the Girl Scouts-Monmouth Council and the Community Medical Center Lighthouse, Toms River, where she served as a weaving instructor.

She was a member of the Weaver's Guild, Buffalo. Mrs. Andersen was born in Newark and lived in Caldwell for 13 years, and then in Buffalo from 1966 to 1987 wot or she moved to Holiday City. Surviving are her husband, Andrew B. three sons, Jeffrey B.

She was a communicant of St. John Roman Catholic Church, Lakehurst. Ms. Halvey was born in New York and lived in South Orange, Sea Girt, and Manasquan before moving to Manchester in 1979.
