Capacity of the Inaugural Ball Room for a skated experiment lately been made showing the capacity of the inaugural ball room iu the graud hall of the new Pension building for a seated audience. In a room is by 29 feet, whose tloor area is 52'J square feet, were placed chairs lor an audience of ladies and gentlemen. Without uncomfortj able crowding the room contained 73 chairs and seats 11 persons on solas against the walls: total capacity 8-1 persons, or at the rate ol 21-1OO square feet to each seat.
