Asbury Park OBITUARIES Additional obituaries, A14. yesterday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was chief estimator for Mahony-Troast Construction, Parsippany-Troy Hills Township, for 16 years before retiring. He was also an engineer supervisor for Wheel Lock Signal Long Branch, and an engineer for Edward and Norwalk, Conn. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, and a communicant of Church of the Nativity, Fair Haven.

Mr. Russo was born in Norwalk and lived in Red Bank before moving to Locust 32 years ago. Surviving are his wife, Edith B. Kleinknecht Russo; two brothers, John Russo, Norwalk, and Theodore, Connecticut; a sister, Eleanor Russo, Norwalk, and several nephews and nieces. John E.

Day Funeral Home, Red Bank, is in charge of arrangements. ALBERT W. VOORHEES, 88, of Leonardo, MIDDLETOWN TOWN- SHIP, died Thursday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a truck driver for Smith Transport Elizabeth, for many years, retiring in 1974. He was a veteran of the Army Calvary, and a member of the Teamsters Union Locals 560 and 478.

Mr. Voorhees was born in Melbourne and lived in Irvington before moving to Leonardo 21 years ago. His son, Donald H. Voorhees, died in 1984. Surviving are his wife, Mary Kubizna Voorhees; a son, Richard A.

Voorhees, Old Bridge Township, and five grandchildren. John P. Condon Funeral Home, Leonardo, is in charge of arrangements. OCEAN GERALD J. BARBER, 81, of Holiday City, BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at home.

He was an account examiner for Prudential Insurance Newark, for 47 years before retiring in 1975. He was a gold card member of the Musicians Union, Elizabeth and Newark. Mr. Barber was born in Newark and live in Fanwood before moving to Berkeley 15 years ago. Surviving are his wife, Evelyn E.

Stole Barber; a daughter, Marilyn Klement, Franklin Park, a sister, Grace Farrell, Coral Springs, and three grandchildren. Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Toms River, is in charge of arrangements. ROSE BISHOP, 92, of TOMS RIVER, died yesterday at home. She was a member of St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church, Toms River.

Mrs. Bishop was born in New York and lived most of her life in Hudson County before moving to Toms River in 1964. Surviving are her husband, James A. two sons, James A. Magee was a potato farmer in the Marlboro area most of his life retiring 17 years ago. ROGERS, a lifelong resident of Trenton, whose husband formerly lived in SPRING LAKE, died yesterday at St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton. She was a retired executive legal secretary with NJ. She was a communicant of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson, and a member of the Jackson Senior Citizens. Mrs. Carlucci was born in Jersey City and lived in Rutherford before moving to Jackson 12 years ago. Her husband, Rocco, died in 1969, and a son, James, died in 1975.

Surviving are four sons, Robert, Lyndhurst Township; Richard, Glen Ridge; Joseph, Bayonne, and Michael, Jersey City; four daughters, Joan Comes, Bayonne; Rose Carlucci, Toms River; Helen Meehan, Colts Neck Township, and Donna McCurdy, Jackson; two sisters, Florence Krineski, Manalapan Township, and Nellie Dombroski, Bayonne; 16 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Prior to that, he worked in the dietary department at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood, for six years. He was a charter member of Monmouth County Association of Children with Learning Disabilities; the Freehold Elks Lodge 1454; a former member of the Freehold First Aid Cadet Corps, and a member of the Island Heights First Aid Squad. He attended school in Freehold and was a 1974 graduate of Freehold Borough High School. Mr. Frank was born in Neptune and lived in Freehold before moving to Toms River a year ago.

Surviving are his parents, Raymond and Amina Kurman Frank, Money Island; a brother, Raymond G. "Rick," Howell Township, and his paternal grandmother, Charlotte Burdge Frank, Freehold. He was a sales representative at Point Pleasant Distributors, Wall Township, for 34 years before retiring. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Bay Head. Mr. Kissinger was born in Philadelphia and lived in Brick Township before moving to Bay Head 20 years ago.

Surviving are his wife, Perlina Johnson Kissinger; a son, Donald Horsham, a daughter, Carol Kissinger, Levittown, a brother, Joseph, Lauren Springs, Camden County; seven grandchildren, and six greatgrandchildren. She was a member of the National Education Association. Mrs. Lynch was born in Jersey City and lived there most of her life before moving to Point Pleasant 10 years ago. Her husband, Edward, died in 1967.
