KURT F. SCHULTZ, 83, of Mill- town, formerly of ENGLISHTOWN, died Sunday, July 3, at his home. Born in Germany, he lived in Englishtown before moving to Milltown over 50 years ago. Mr. Schultz was employed as a chemical operator for the Stauffer Chemical Edison, for 30 years, retiring in 1986.

He was was a member of the Calvary Gospel Church, East Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Roberta Kilgore Schultz; two daughters, Laura Schultz of Browns Mills, and Virginia Kellerman of East Brunswick; two sons, Douglas Schultz of Brick and Daniel Schultz of Browns Mills; a brother, Eric Schultz of Hemet, a sister, Betty Reed of Monroe; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick.

Funeral services will be offered at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Van Liew Cemetery, North Brunswick. RICHARD A. WEISERT, 64, of WALL, died Tuesday, June 28, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune.

Born on Staten Island, Mr. Weisert was a longtime resident of Wall. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam War. He was employed for 25 years as a technician for Bell Atlantic, Asbury Park, where he received the Spirit of Excellence Award and belonged to the Telephone Pioneers of America.

Throughout his life, Mr. Weisert worked during the summer months at Jim's Bait and Tackle, Manasquan. He belonged to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1838, Manasquan, where he served as the district government service officer from 1984-85. He was also a life member of VFW Post 4374, Freehold. He was a 32nd degree mason and a member of the Consistory of the Valley of Trenton.

For many years, Mr. Weisert volunteered to play Santa Claus to underprivileged and handicapped children in Monmouth County. His involvement in helping the needy included work with Westside Community Center, Asbury Park. Son of the late Lester N. and Marjorie Stults Weisert, he was predeceased by his wife Nancy.

Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Scott H. and Jennifer Weisert of Brick; a daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Eric Mosher of Farmingdale; a brother, Lee Weisert of Manasquan; a cousin, Lois Jenkins of Manasquan; and an aunt, Dorothy Stults Blair of Manasquan. Visiting hours will be from 6 p.m. Tuesday until the funeral service at 8:30 p.m. at the NearyQuinn Funeral Home, 39 South Manasquan.

DOLAN, of LONG BRANCH, passed away Friday, July 1, at his home in Long Branch after a long, courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Harry was born in Weehawkin in 1932. Harry served his country in the Army during the Korean War, including a tour of duty in France. After his honorable discharge from the Army, he returned to his home in Pompton Lakes to attend William Patterson College. In college, Harry excelled as a guard on the basketball team, where he achieved the scorer mark. Upon graduation with a bachelor of arts degree in education, Harry worked in the insurance field.

He then pursued a career in the clothing industry, eventually becoming the national sales manager for a shirt manufacturer based in New York City. During this time, he and his wife, Jane, lived in Rumson and Oceanport until 1993 when the company relocated its corporate headquarters to Jackson, Miss. They resided in Mississippi for five years until Harry's retirement in 1998 and finally moved home to New Jersey. Harry's passion for life was exemplified in his love of family, boating, golf, basketball and the beach, where Harry spent the summers of his late teenage and young adult years lifeguarding at Point Pleasant Beach. He was predeceased by his father, Frederick Dolan.

Surviving are his wife, Jane; his mother, Evelyn; his sister, Elaine Pinel; his daughter, Amy, and her fiancee, Chris Nulty; his son, Kevin, and daughter-in-law, Janine; grandchildren, Carly, Michael, Isabella and Jack Dolan; his stepdaughters, Julie and her husband, Steve Barber, and their son Michael, Laura Walls and her son Paul, Jennifer and her husband Joseph Pillari, and their sons Joseph, Michael and Daniel; and a stepson, Andrew Brown. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Red Bank.

She was predeceased by her husband, Frank, in 2000, and a son, Frank, in 2003. MALTAIS, 34, of Schuykill Haven, formerly of MATAWAN, passed away Saturday, July 2, at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pa. Born in Eatontown, he resided in Schuykill Haven, for the past four years, and was formerly of Matawan and Aberdeen. Brian was a 1995 graduate of Matawan Regional Adult High School. He owned and operated H.M.R. Landscaping in Matawan for 14 years.

He was an avid Greatful Dead fan and follower. Brian was a loving and devoted father, son, brother, grandson and uncle. He was predeceased by his father, William Maltais, and his infant nephew, John Daniel Frye. Surviving is his mother, Nancy C. Maltais; three daughters, Rachel, Hayley and Tara Grace of Schuykill Haven, grandparents, Ralph and Caroline Duncan of Matawan; a brother, Daniel G.

She was an executive secretary for Nedick's Corp, New York City, for 45 years, retiring in 1975. Mrs. Arace was a former member of the Fairway Mews Association in Spring Lake. She was a wonderful homemaker and cook. She enjoyed walking and loved to travel.

Mrs. Arace was a member of St. Catherine's Church, Spring Lake. Born in New York City, she lived in Oradel and Spring Lake before moving to Point Pleasant in 1999. She was predeceased by her husband, Armand, in 1990.

Surviving are a stepdaughter and son-in-law, Jeanne Lee and Theodore Jr. Moran of Sussex; two sons, Armand Arace of Virginia, and Robert Arace of Florida; a brother-in-law, Michael Ivone of New York; a sister-in-law, Audrey LaGuardia of Whiting; grandchildren, Katrina, Mary Elena, Sabrina, and Theodore III; a great-grandson, Tyler; and nieces and nephews, John and Dianne LaGuardia, Frank and Ann Marie LaGuardia, Nancy and Kenneth Skoog, Anthony and Kathy LaGuardia, Eugene and Amy LaGuardia, Patricia and Edward Curti, and Elizabeth Ivone. Born and raised in Saugerties, N.Y., Charles served in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II. Charles graduated with a BS from Columbia University and then entered the New Brunswick Theological Seminary and earned a bachelor's of divinity. He served as pastor for the Reformed Church of America in Rocky Hill, Middlebush, Amsterdam, N.Y., Belleville, and retired in 1989 after serving as an assistant pastor for Community Reformed in Whiting. Surviving are his wife Marie; a daughter, Ellen Bridgman of Whiting; a son and daughter-inlaw, Edward and Carol; and grandchildren, Justin, Brianna and Jordan all of Bolingbrook, Ill.

Douglas was a 1956 graduate of Leonardo High School and a member of the Leonardo Rivals.

He served in the U.S. Navy for four years. He was a member of the Toms River Elks Lodge 1875 where he served as inner guard in 1974, chaplain in 1975, esquire in 1976 and exalted ruler in 2000. Surviving are his loving wife of 42 years, Frieda Schroder Chandler; a daughter and sonin-law, Cathy Schmehl and Brett of Forked River; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Marge Chandler of Naples, and two granddaughters, Melinda and Kristyne. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m.

He was a firefighter for the city of Newark for 27 years, serving with Engine No. 6 for 20 years, and retiring in 1985 from Rescue No. 1. Mr. Hauser was a Marine staff sergeant during the Korean War.

He was a member of the State of New Jersey FMBA, the N.J. State PBA Local 203, and the DAV. He loved to fish, and was an avid fisherman. He was predeceased by his wife, Veronica "Ronnie" Hauser, in 2001; a stepson, David Gupko, in 1991; a brother, Alfred; and a sister, Rita Loder. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Paul G.

and Rita Hauser of Morris Plains; a daughter and son-in-law, Lois Petrilak and Kevin Toal of Ewing; a stepdaughter, Linda Dunn of Toms River; a sister, Frances Hauser of Irvington; two grandsons, Eric and Michael; and a great-granddaughter, Alivia. Born in Jersey City, she lived in North Bergen and in Bayonne before moving to Beachwood in 1986. Mrs. Lavallo was a registered nurse for many years, currently employed as MDS coordinator at Manchester Manor Care Center in Manchester. Prior to that, she was a nurse at Crystal Lake Rehabilitation Center in Berkeley. Surviving are her husband, Dominick; her three sons, Thomas and his wife Dolores, Joseph and his wife Danielle, and Michael and his fiance Mary; and three grandchildren, Thomas, Gavin and Joseph.

Visiting hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Route 9, Bayville. Funeral services will be offered at 8 p.m. in the funeral home.

SILANO LEE, 72, of JACKSON, died Saturday, July 2, at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Pa. She was a processor for Foodarama, Freehold, for 23 years.

Mrs. Lee was a member of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson. Born in Newark, she lived there before moving to Jackson in 1962. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert R.

in 2001; a sister, Phylis Gallaso; and a brother, Geno. Surviving are a son, Albert R. III of Jackson; four daughter, Deborah Hermenau of Georgia, Jean Lee of Brick, Robin Harrington of Jackson, and Beverly Krasner of Toms River; a brother, Nick Silano of Scotch Plains; a sister, Mary Russo of Kenilworth; and eight grandchildren. He was an Army veteran, serving during World War II. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed golf. Mr. Miller was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.

Born in Born York City, he lived most of his life on Staten Island before moving to Crestwood Village, Whiting, in 1975. He was predeceased by his wife, Nora Miller, in 1980.
