76, of Crestwood Village VI, Whiting, MANCHESTER, died Sunday at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Surviving are his wife, Frances Salemi Biola; and a daughter, Angela Biola of Ridgefield Park. A funeral liturgy will be offered 11 a.m. Thursday at All Saints Chapel of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Whiting.

Interment will be in Whiting Memorial Park. Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting, is in charge of arrangements. ANTHONY "TONY" V. DI MAURO, 72, of Hudson, formerly of TOMS RIVER, died Friday at home. He owned service stations in Elizabeth, Warren Township, and Sea Bright before retiring.

He also owned thoroughbred race horses. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Hudson, Fla. Born in Newark, he lived in Warren Township and Toms River before moving to Hudson, in 1990. Surviving are three sons, Anthony G.

of Manahawkin, Stafford, Richard J. of Smithville, Ciro M. of Barnegat; a daughter, Lorraine DiMauro of Toms River; two brothers, Joseph DiMauro of Warren Township, and Ciro DiMauro of Sayreville; two sisters, Isabell Kostrzewski and Adell Ulinski, both of Toms River; and 10 grandchildren. He was a coach for the Jackson Girls Recreation, assistant coach for the Jackson Little League, and assistant coach for the Jackson softball traveling team, the Renegades. Born in Newark, he lived in Bound Brook and in Amhurst, Ohio, before moving to Jackson 32 years ago. Surviving are his wife of 21 years, Teresa Maldonado Long; two daughters, Tabitha and Tiffany Long, both at home; his parents, Kenneth R. Sr.

ROTHROCK, 83, of Whiting, MANCHESTER, died yesterday at Community Medical Center, Toms River. She was a buyer for Lord Taylor, Paramus, retiring in 1976. She was a member of Community Reformed Church and the Manchester Chapter of Deborah, both in Whiting. She was a member of Crestwood Village IV Residents Club, Ceramic Club, and Shuffleboard League. Born in West Pittston, she lived in Park Ridge before moving to Whiting in 1976.

Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Ernest; and several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at The Family-Owned Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals, 66 Lacey Whiting. Funeral services will be held noon Friday at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at New Jersey Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. LOUISE JARGOSCH SEIDEL. 93, of BRICK, died Monday at Meridian Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Brick. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Manasquan, and was active in its women's group.

Born in New York, she lived in New Brunswick and Point Pleasant before moving to Brick. Surviving are her husband, William Seidel; a daughter, Diane Macris of Guilford, and three granddaughters, Margaret, Catherine and Laura Macris. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Burial will follow in Van Liew Cemetery, North Brunswick.

JAMES A. TAYLOR, 67, of Forked River, LACEY, died Monday at Southern Ocean County Hospital, Stafford. He was a subway inspector with New Jersey Bell Telephone Newark, for 30 years, retiring in 1983. He was a communicant of St. Pius Roman Catholic Church, Forked River, and a veteran of the Army, serving from 1956 to 1958.

River, NJ 08753. ARTHUR J. GOLD. 88, of LAKE- HURST, died Sunday at home. Before retiring, he was a superintendent of Clay and Bock Inc.

Born in Trenton, he lived in Yardley, and Trenton most of his life before moving to Lakehurst 18 years ago. He was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Lena Gold.

Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Helen Gerber Gold; a son and daughter-inlaw, Richard and Lois Gold of Newtown, a daughter and sonin-law, Anne and Larry Gleason of Massillon, Ohio; two brothers, Dr. Gilbert S. Gold of Lawrenceville, and Maurice Gold of Ewing Township; two grandchildren, Annie and Richard Shapren; and four stepgranddaughters. Private funeral services were held Tuesday, with interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Trenton. Orland's Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing Township, was in charge of arrangements.

PAUL W. HAHN, 89, of Port Charlotte, formerly of TUCKER- TON, died Friday at the Fawcett Memorial Hospital, Port Charlotte, Fla. He was an assistant manager of Shop Rite until 1972, and from 1972 to 1988, he was with the Seaside Park Police Department. He was a World War II Army veteran and the recipient of three Bronze Stars, the Purple Heart and the Silver Star. He was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4715 of Point Pleasant Beach and VFW Post 5690, Port Charlotte, Fla.

Born in Danzig, Germany, he came to the United States in 1932 settling in Hackensack, he lived in Tuckerton before moving to Port Charlotte in 1988. Surviving are his wife, Marion; a son, Paul W. Hahn of Bayville, Berkeley; three grandchildren; and a great -grandchild. Visiting will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Silverton Memorial Funeral Home, 2482 Church Road, Toms River.

Funeral services will be Friday; arrive at the funeral home 10:30 a.m., services to follow 11 a.m. Interment will be in Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River. STELLA E. HUMMEL, 100, of Keswick Pines, Whiting, MANCHES- TER, died Monday at Hamilton Place at Keswick Pines. She was a member of Browns Mills Seventh Day Adventist Church, Browns Mills.

Born in Bustleton, she lived there and in Cedar Glen SOPHIE K. VIGORELLI. 98, of Whiting, MANCHESTER died Friday at Crestwood Manor, Whiting. She was a homemaker. Born in Obendorf, Germany, she lived in New York and Princeton before moving to Whiting in 1966.

Her husband, George, died in 1994. A memorial Mass will be offered 11 a.m. Tuesday at All Saints Chapel at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Manchester Memorial Funeral Home, Whiting, is in charge of arrangements.

ROBERT J. ZYLA. 59, of BRICK, MARY "PEG" MC HUGH. 79, of BERKELEY, died Sunday at Crystal Lake Convalescent Center. She was employed by Railway Express, New York, as a clerk for 30 years, retiring in 1970.

Born in Ridgefield Park, she lived there for many years, and in Hazlet and Bergenfield before moving to Berkeley 10 years ago. She was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Mary McHugh; and two brothers, Richard, and Robert. Surviving are a sister, Florence Claisse of Port Jervis, N.Y.; a brother, Walter of Arizona; two sisters-in-law, Florence McHugh and Joan McHugh, both of Berkeley; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:15 a.m. Saturday at St.

Luke's Roman Catholic Church, Toms River. Lakewood Funeral Home, Howell, is in charge of arrangements. BLANCHE PAUGH. 84, of Beach Haven Park, LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP, died Saturday at Manahawkin Convalescent Center, Manahawkin, Stafford. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi, Brant Beach, and St. Francis Guild. Born in Bayonne, she lived there before moving to Beach Haven Park 30 years ago. died yesterday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank.

He worked for trucking companies for 35 years, retiring in May 1999. He was a lifetime and exempt member of the Laurence Harbor Fire Company, Laurence Harbor; and former president of the Board of Fire Commissioners, District 1, Old Bridge. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Born in Newark, he lived in Cliffwood Beach, Old Bridge, before moving to Brick seven months ago. His first wife, Mary Zyla, died in 1994.

Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Vanderhoef Zyla; two sons, Steven Zyla of Lebanon, and Joseph Kelemen of Point Pleasant; three daughters, Michele Thibaut of Cliffwood Beach, Old Bridge, and Dawn Maas and Lisa Hammon, both of Brick; his mother, Patricia Felestyn Zyla of Newark; four sisters, Jean Ogorzat of Newark, Patricia Dressler of Summit, Joanne MacGillivray of Basking Ridge, and Carol Zyla of Summit; and two brothers, Richard Zyla of Basking Ridge, and John Zyla of Philadelphia; and four grandchildren. Visiting hours will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport. Funeral services will be 10 a.m.

Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cloverleaf Cemetery, Woodbridge.
