Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, is in charge of FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP Louis J. McWilliams, a former governor of the New York Stock Exchange, died Friday at CentraS-tate Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was 62. A stock broker and member of the New York Stock Exchange for 26 years, he served as a governor of the exchange from 1986 to 1991. He currently was a senior floor official and served on many exchange committees.

He was a Korean War Marine Corps veteran. He was a communicant and a founding trustee of St. Robert Bellarmine Roman Catholic Church, Freehold Township. He was a former Boy Scout leader. Born in Brooklyn, Mr.

McWilliams AFL-CIO Local 1703. He was an executive board member of the New Jersey Industrial Union Council and former secretary of IUE District 3. He was a parishioner of St Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Pompton Lakes, and a member of its Holy Name Society. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 3801 and a former member of Boy Scout Committee Troop 38. Born in Harrison, Mr.

Sinsimer lived in Pompton Lakes for 48 years. Surviving are his wife, Eleanor Hargreaves Sinsimer; two sons, John Pompton Lakes, and Larry, Boonton; four daughters, Betsy Alexander, Randolph, Susan Van Wert, Yardley, Kathleen Hart, Succasunna, and Maureen Myre, Sparta; his father, Arthur Sinsheimer; a brother, Leo Sin-sheimer; a sister, Mary McCallum; 18 grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren. ALBERT, 73, of FAIR HAVEN, died Friday at home. Mrs. 'vAlbert was a retired mail handler from 'the U.S. Postal Service, Red Bank. She was a member of St.

Thomas Episcopal Church, Red Bank, where she had been president of the Sunday School PTA. She was also a member of the Fair Haven Senior Citizens. Born in Hartshome, she lived in Pinebrook, N.Y., and Eaton-town before moving to Fair Haven 41 years ago. Her husband, Nathan Albert, died in 1995. Surviving are a son, Edward Heyliger, Fair Haven; two daughters, Nadine Albert, Fair Haven, and Winifred Albert-Johnson, Red Bank; and five grandchildren.

Braun Funeral Home, Eatontown, is in charge of arrangements. JULES W. BARON, 90, of LONG BRANCH, died Friday at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Mr. Baron was a jeweler for Reed's Jewelers, Ocean Township, for 50 years, retiring eight years ago.

Born in Brooklyn, he lived in Deal before moving to Long Branch 25 years ago. His wife, Lillian Rediker Baron, and his son, Edward both died in 1983. Surviving are a daughter, Joan Silber-man, Wayside, Ocean Township; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. BURKE 54, of MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, died Thursday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a clerk for several years with Recordings for the New York City. Born in the Bronx, he lived there and in the Bay-shore area before moving to Middle-town three years ago. His sister, Annette Koehler, died in 1996. Surviving are a brother, Edward, West Keansburg, Hazlet Township; three sisters, Anne Egan, Mor-risville, N.Y., Marie Horst, West Keansburg, and Patricia Farrell, Carteret; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Escher was a secretary with American Express, New York City, for 30 years, retiring in 1967. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, Jersey City, and its Ladies Auxiliary. Born in Hoboken, she lived there and in Jersey City before moving to Oakhurst 25 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband, Chester F.

Harris was a factory worker for many years in Bradley Beach retiring in the late 1970s. She was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church and Golden Korvettes Gospel Singers, both in Asbury Park. Born in Lake Wales, she moved to the Shore area in 1951. Surviving are her husband of 43 years, Malachi; three sons, Rodney, Clarke and Darren all of Asbury Park; a daughter, Sheila Jennings of Maryland; three brothers, John Wesley, West Palm Beach, Samuel McRae, Lake Wales, and Terry L. McRae, Los Angeles; two sisters, Flossie Lee, Riviera Beach, and Gwendolyn Newman, Neptune; and four grandchildren.

He served two terms in the state Assembly from 1972 to 1975 and was vice chairman of the labor committee during his second term. He was elected to the Pompton Lakes Borough Council in 1959 and served on the borough's board of adjustment until his death.

He was an administrative analyst for the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities until retiring in 1990. He was appointed by then-Gov. Richard Hughes to the Hospital Advisory Council in 1969. He was a labor records clerk and later an industrial engineer for Clifton, until 1976. He then was deputy director of the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of American Legion Kimble-Weatherwalks Post 235 and Veterans of Foreign Wars John Hand Tri-County Post 2906, both Pompton Lakes. He served several terms as president of IUE- member of Telephone Pioneers of America. Born and raised in Newark, he moved to Manasquan in 1944. His wife, Catherine Hancock Hassfield, died in 1993. Surviving are a sister, Marguerite Conover, Piscata-way Township, and a niece.

Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, Freehold, he was a former communicant of St. Philomena's Roman Catholic Church, Livingston Township. He was a graduate of La-Salle College, Philadelphia, and was a member of its Alumni Association. He also was a member of the American Chemical Society. Born in Philadelphia, he lived in Livingston before moving to Freehold Township 29 years ago.

Surviving are his wife, Theresa McMahon Kennedy; three sons, James Jeremiah IV, South Brunswick Township, Robert Dennis, Indianapolis, and Kevin Michael, at home; and three granddaughters. Kennelly was a truck driver for Railway Express, New York City, for 38 years, retiring in 1978. A Marine Corps veteran, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1953 where he served as commander; American Legion Wilbur J. Price Post, Keansburg; and National Marine Corps Association. He was a communicant of St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, Keansburg.

Born in Jersey City, he lived in Keansburg since 1947. His wife, Josephine, died in 1960. Mrs. DePasquale was a secretary in the purchasing department of Nestle White Plains, N.Y., for 10 years, retiring in 1978. A communi- cant of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Toms River, she was a mem- ber of Caregivers of Toms River and the Dover Township Senior Center. Born in New York City, she lived in New Brunswick and Mount Vernon, N.Y., before moving to Toms River in 1983.

Her husband, Charles, died in 1978. Surviving are a son, Charles, White Plains; a daughter, Louise August, Toms River; a brother, Louis Car-lucci, New Brunswick; three sisters, Teresa Carlucci and Josephine Guzzo, both of Somerset, and Anna Rudder, Columbia, and four grandchildren. Born in Bryn Mawr, she lived in West- mont before moving to Silver Ridge Park West in 1975. Her first husband, William Patrigo, predeceased her.

MANASQUAN Edgar Carlton Oberg, 85, former owner of the the Dinner Bell Restaurant, died Thursday at Point Pleasant Hospital. He was 85.

An entrepreneur for more than 43 years, he owned and operated the Dinner Bell Restaurant, Brielle, from 1945 to 1955, the Windswept Motel, Point Pleasant Beach, from 1955 to 1978, and the Ruth Oberg Gallery, Sea Girt, from 1978 to 1988, when he retired. Branch. Mrs. Siciliano was a communicant of St. Dorothea's Roman Catholic Church.

Born in Wilkes Barre, she lived in Jersey City before moving to Eatontown 17 years ago. Surviving are her husband, Cosimo; two daughters, Susan Gil, Ocean Township, and Nancy Piete, Eatontown; two sisters, Maryann Wagner, Oceanport, and Lois Cece, Long Branch; and three grandchildren. SIDEROFF, 42, of MARLBORO TOWNSHIP, died Friday at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township, from complications due to a four-year struggle with cancer.

Mr. Sideroff was a computer programmer for IBM, Dayton, South Brunswick Township and Sterling Forest, N.Y., for the past 20 years. Born in Neptune Township, he was a lifelong resident of Marlboro. Surviving are his parents, Stephen C. and Josephine Stankiewicz Sideroff, Marlboro; and a sister, Stephanie, Ful-lerton, Calif.

Born in Long Branch, she was a lifelong resident of Eatontown. Her husband, Samuel Weir, died in 1947. Surviving are three sons, Ronald Weir, Eatontown, C.G. Stevens, Oakhurst, Ocean Township, and Samuel A. Weir Long Branch; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Born in Newark, she lived in Union before moving to Brick 40 years ago. Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Frank J. two sons, Frank J. Toms River, and Thomas Dun-cansville, a daughter, Karen Sullivan, Brick; a brother, Frank Ehasz, Bonita Springs, a sister, Julia Soos, Kenilworth; and six grandchildren. DOROTHY M. BARRETT, of Ocean Beach, DOVER TOWNSHIP, died Thursday at home. Mrs. Barrett was a loan installment officer at First National Bank, Toms River, for 10 years. She was a member of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary 348, Manto-loking.

Born in Belleville, she lived in North Arlington before moving to Ocean Beach in 1980. Surviving are her companion, Robert Ferst, Ocean Beach; a son, Edward Kalankiewicz, San Diego; three a son, James W. of Florida; a daughter, Lisa Parker, Aberdeen; a sister, Jane Scott, Gettysburg, and two grandchildren. PEELER POUZENC, 72, of KEYP0RT, died Friday at Bay-shore Community Hospital, Holmdel Township. She was a self-employed nanny for several families in the Shore area. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church, Hazlet Township, and a former member of Calvary Baptist Church, Aberdeen Township. Born in Lawndale, N.C., she lived in Cliffwood Beach, Aberdeen Township, before moving to Keyport 11 years ago.

Her husband, George J. died in 1967. Surviving are a son, Rodney Paul Franklin, Derry, Northern Ireland; two daughters, Carolyn Wacho-wiak, Orland Hills, 111., and Deborah Klimchuk, Cliffwood Beach; two brothers, Roy Peeler, Hickory, N.C., and Billy Peeler, Charlotte, N.C.; two sisters, Helen Presler and Dorothy Dotson, both of Hickory; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mrs. Rachel was a former member of the Spring Lake Women's Club and the Ann May Alliance of Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Philadelphia, she lived in Belleville, and has spent the past 25 years in Spring Lake and Spring Lake Heights. Her husband, Alfred, died in 1966. Surviving are two nephews.

O'Brien Funeral Home, Wall Township, is in charge of arrangements. DORIS F. REMCO, 84, of ASBURY PARK, died September 20 at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Mrs. Remco was a buyer for Macy's Department Store, New York City, retiring about 40 years ago.

She was a volunteer at Asbury Towers, working with the activities director plainning parties and dining excursions for the residents. Born in New York City, she lived in Wilkes Barre, Pa. and Wanamassa, Ocean Township, before moving to Asbury Park 30 years ago. Her husband, John, died in 1989. There are no known survivors.
