Monmouth, West Orange, Morristown, and Elizabeth. Command and General Staff classes will be held at Camp Kilmer and Ft. Monmouth on Mondays ana Thursdays, respectively. Officers must be graduates of, and hold certificates from, their branch officers advanced course. A National Security Management ICAF Course at Ft.

Monmouth, and possibly Camp Kilmer, will be available to officers of all military branches and civilian government employes (federal, state USAR School has planned an expanded Army Reserve training program for those wishing to further their military education. Beginning in September, the school will offer the Branch Officer Advanced Course for commissioned officers who have completed the basic course. The dinner, under the sponsorship of the MCOSS Family Health and Nursing Service, will be the occasion for Initiating the Laura Harding Scholarship Fund.

The Fund Is being established in recognition of Miss Harding's years of service in MCOSS, during which she has been trustee, president, and Is now chairman of the Board. The purpose of the Fund will be to provide educational grants and loans for training in public health nursing with special provision for MCOSS staff nurses who want additional training. Miss Harding also is vice president of Riverview Hospital and is president of the Roard of Managers of the New Jersey Diagnostic Center in Menlo Park. She Is a member of the Monmouth Park Charity Fund. She is on the Board of the Old Monmouth Training Club', and the Monmouth County SPCA.

Miss Harding is the Repuhji-can Committeewoman of the 5th District in Holmdcl. In 19G7, Monmouth College honored Miss Harding by conferring on her the degree of Doctor of Humane Letters. In 1968, she was named "Woman of the Year" by the Business and Professional Women's Clubs of Monmouth County. She was elected chairman of the Board of MCOSS after 16 years as president. Jost, 33 Pershing has been named president of the Federated Art Association of New Jersey, succeeding the late Irving P. Donaldson. Mr. and Mrs. Jost are winter residents of Mountainside.

They have been summer residents of West Point Island for 20 years. An artist and teacher, Mrs. Jost was educated at the Cleveland Art Institute, and the Massachusetts College of Art. In 1969-70 she studied at Newark State College where she qualified for a masters degree in art and the New Jersey State certificates in supervision and administration. Mrs.

Jost taught art in Summit Junior High School from 1962-68 and at South Side Elementary School in East Aurora, N.Y. for seven years. Mrs. Jost has had a number of one man shows, including an exhibit of 22 paintings at Newark State College. Her paintings have been shown in Buffalo, Westfield, Summit, Montclair, Rahway and 'h i 1 fit.
