She attended Horace Mann School, New York, and Bouve Boston School. She received her bachelor's degree and master of education degree from Columbia Teacher's College in 1935. Born in Manhattan, she lived in Brielle, Trenton, and in San Diego before returning to Brielle. She spent the summers at the Shore in the early 1920s. Her husband of 56 years, Richard N.

Watts, retired president and chairman of Manasquan Savings and Loan, died in 1997. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Marjory F.W. and John B. Hopper of Brielle, and Jane C.W. and Bradford C.

Hanson of Wall; a brother, Alexander S. Walker of Steamboat, and six grandchildren, Margaret F. Hopper of Arcadia, John B. Hopper IV of Spring Lake Heights, Richard W. and Sara N.

Hopper of Brielle, and Jennifer C. and Kate L. Hanson of Wall. There will be a Solemn Requiem Mass 11 a.m. Saturday at Church of St.

Uriel the Archangel, Third and Philadelphia, Sea Girt. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Brielle. TERRIEJ. ZINN, 55, of FREE-HOLD TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at home. She was a teacher in the Freehold Regional High School District since 1977. She was a National Education Association state delegate, a New Jersey Education Association convention delegate, an NJEA convention committee member, a Monmouth County Education Association Executive Committee member, and a building representative for faculty and staff at Marlboro High School for the past 11 years. She enjoyed reading, traveling and playing mah-jong.

Plans for scholarships and awards for students at Marlboro High School in her memory are currently being considered. Born in the Bronx, she lived in Old Bridge before moving to Freehold'Township 30 years ago. Surviving are her husband, Howard Zinn; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Laurie of Newton, a daughter, Bar-rie at home; a sister and brother-in-law, Sheila and Arnold Albert of Boynton Beach, a grandson, Noah Isaac Zinn; five nephews, Mark Albert and his wife, Lynn of Morris-ville, N.C., Mitchell Albert of Cambridge, David Albert of Las Vegas, Michael Hines of Hamden, and Brandon Hines of Waterbury, two grandnephews, Sam and Ben Albert; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Hines of Cheshire, Conn. Funeral services will be held noon Friday at the Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 Interment will follow in Beth Israel Cemetery, Wood-bridge. Mrs. Sacco was an avid reader, and enjoyed gardening and bird watching. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren, and will be greatly missed by all of them and by.

her many friends. Her husband, Amerigo W. Sacco, who served as chief of detectives in the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office, died in 1963. She also was predeceased by her sisters, Ann Gibson, Helen Captanian, Catherine Farnan, Mary Fitzpatrick, and Sally and Elizabeth McCarthy; and her brothers, Daniel, William and Dennis McCarthy. Surviving are her son, Robert Sacco, and her daughter, Joan Meehan, with whom she lived, both of West Long Branch; her Diane Sacco; her son-in-law, Joseph Meehan; six grandchildren, Stephanie, Robert, Helen, and Megan Sacco, David Meehan and Brian Meehan, and his wife, Dr.

Doreen Carter Meehan; and her good friend, Kay Epifano. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Freehold. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m.

Wednesday at the Higgins Memorial Home, followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 260 Morris Long Branch. Burial will follow in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Throckmorton Street, Freehold.

JOHN R. SCHEIDT, 78, a life long resident of FARMING-DALE, died Tuesday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. He retired in 1987 as head custodian at Ardena School, Howell, where he worked for 19 years. During that time, he also drove for Raymond Preston Excavating, Millstone, for many years. During the 1950s and 1960s, he was a weaver for Karag-heusian Rug Mill, Freehold.

He was a World War II Army veteran. His wife, Kathleen, died in 1993; and his son, Wayne, in 1982. Surviving are two sons, Donald Scheidt of Bangkok, Thailand, and Richard Scheidt of Farmingdale; a daughter, Margaret Sagan of Farmingdale; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

Saturday at the C.H.T. Clayton and Son Funeral Home, 958 Adelphia Road (Route 524), Adelphia. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a celebration of his life 10 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Farming-dale.

MARGARET F.W. WATTS, 86, of BRIELLE, died Tuesday at-home. She taught physical education and swimming at Horace Mann School and Columbia Teacher's College. She participated in the 1932 Olympic trials in swimming, performing the backstroke. She was co-founder of the Point Pleasant Hospital Guild in 1949, and served as its first president.

She worked tirelessly for the improvement of Point Pleasant Hospital for almost 50 years. In 1966, she was the first woman "appointed to the board of trustees of the Medical Center of Ocean County. She held the office of secretary until 1994, when she was made trustee emeritus. She served as chairman of the Building Committee and was a member of the Hospital Foundation. In 1984, the maternity wing was named the Margaret F.W.

Watts Woman's Pavilion in her honor. In 1994, the Margaret F.W. Watts Volunteer Leadership Award was established to perpetuate her good works. A devout Episcopalian, she was a member of Church of St. Uriel the Archangel, Sea Girt, where she taught Sunday school and vacation Bible school.

She was involved with the Couples Club and the Youth Group as an adviser. She was a member of St. Uriel's Guild, serving as president and treasurer. She was a member of St. Uriel's Altar Guild, holding the position of directress for more than 40 years.

She was an associate of the Order of the Community of St. John Baptist, Mendham. She was involved with many organizations over the years, such as marie D. Poverman of Sea Girt; seven grandchildren, Blanche Vilade, Katherine Catlin, Nicholas Del Deo, Julia Del Deo, Christopher Poverman, Gail Marie Poverman-Kave, and Nicholas Poverman; 12 greatgrandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. All services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be in East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. KLONEHAMMER DIETZ, 95, of Lincroft, MIDDLE-TOWN, died Tuesday at River-view Medical Center, Red Bank. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shephard, Fort Lee. Born in West Hobo-ken, she lived in Fort Lee before moving to Lincroft last year. Her husband, Andrew died in 1966; she also was predeceased by her parents, Karl and Lucille Klonehammer. Surviving are a son, Gordon F.

Dietz of Oceanport; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avev Red Bank.

CL0TILDE "CLE0" DLUG0SZ, 74, of LONG BRANCH died Tuesday at home. She was a beautician, retiring 25 years ago. Born in Newark, she moved to Long Branch 40 years ago. Her husband, Stanley Dlu-gosz, died in 1975. A daughter, Renee Stolz, died in 1995.

Surviving are two sisters and a brother-in-law, Lydia and Jerry Kurchner of Long Branch and Bobby SanFillippo of New Jersey; a niece and nephew-in-law, Robin and Charles Viola, and a great-niece, Monica Rose Viola, of West Long Branch; and many cousins and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Damiano Funeral Home, Third and Franklin avenues, Long Branch, today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

FISCHER, bo. of LITTLE SILVER, died Tuesday at his daughter's home in Little Silver. He was a welder for Rockaway Tank, Dover, Morris County, retiring after many years of service.

He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Morris Plains. He was past board member of the Twin Lights Condominium Association. During his retirement, he enjoyed spending time gardening. Born in Dover, Morris County, he lived in Highlands for 14 years and in Parsippany-Troy Hills before moving to Little Silver, where he lived for the past year. His wife, Olga DeMora Fischer, died last year; he also was predeceased by his parents, George and Margaret Fischer.

Surviving are a son, Ronald Kathy TINTON FALLS CARL A. NEIDERMEIER, 90, of SEA GIRT, died yesterday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. He was involved with the management of many dry cleaning establishments in New Jersey, most recently in Linden, retiring 25 years ago. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, having served aboard the USS Shangrala aircraft carrier; he was the last of the ship's original surviving crew members. He was a communicant of St.

Mark's Roman Catholic Church in Sea Girt and a member of its Holy Name Society. He was a member of the VFW and the Sea Girt Lanes Bowling League. Born and raised in Newark, he moved to Sea Girt 20 years ago. He. was predeceased by his wife, Helen.

Surviving are his sister, Catherine Papsco of Pom-pano Beach, his niece, Marie Johnston of Estero, and his nephew, Edward C. Hag-gerty of Sea Girt and Summit. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the O'Brien Funeral Home, Route 35 at New Bedford Road, Wall.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church, Sea Girt. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Orange. WANDA CISEK PATCH, 74, of FREEHOLD, died yesterday at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township.

She was previously employed as a textile designer. She was a communicant of Corpus Christi Church, South River. Born in Brooklyn, she lived in East Brunswick for more than 30 years before moving to Freehold two years ago. Her husband, H. Edward Patch, died in 1987.

Surviving are her son, Drew Patch of Highland Park; three daughters, Deborah Engleman of Howell, Pamela Johnson of Manchester and Tracy Haefner of New Egypt, Plumsted; three brothers, Theodore Cisek of Bethpage, Long Island, N.Y., Anthony Cisek of Bayside, Queens, N.Y., and Andrew Cisek of Greenpoint, Brooklyn," N.Y.; two sisters, Jeannette Turczany of East Brunswick and Carol Lechtan-ski, Bayside, Queens; and five grandchildren, Brianna Engleman, Amanda Engleman, Carly Johnson, T.J. Haefner and Trevor Haefner. Visiting hours are from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.

She graduated as a registered nurse from the Monmouth Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, and received a bachelor of science degree in public health from Columbia University. A Freehold High School graduate, she was the school nurse in Freehold Borough for many LORETO LOUIS CARUSO, 86, of BRIELLE, died Tuesday at Geraldine Thompson Care Center, Wall. He was a maintenance worker for Jenkinson's Boardwalk and Amusements, Point Pleasant Beach, for 65 years, retiring in 1995. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Bay Head.

He served in the Civil Conservation Corps from 1933 to 1934, and was a member of the Point Pleasant Elks Lodge 1698 and the American Association of Retired Persons. Born in St. Elia, Italy, he lived in Point Pleasant Beach for most of his life before moving to Brielle in 1995. His wife, Vera E. Caruso, died in 1978.

Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, L. Roland and Anita Caruso of Freeport, a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and William Clinch, with whom he lived; two brothers, Henry Caruso of Cleveland and Emidio A. Caruso Jr. of Point Pleasant Beach; two sisters, Mayme For-narotto and Assunta Sistad, both of Brick; and two grandchildren, Jessica and Andrew. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

He was self-employed in the demolition field in North Jersey.

Born in Pomona, he lived in Jersey City for most of his life, and for a short time in Pennsylvania, before moving to Middletown six years ago. Surviving are his parents, Giovanni and Rose Cucci of Moonachie; his beloved friend, Susan Drybread; four brothers, Steven of California, John of Jersey City, Bob of Union City, and George of Moonachie; and two sisters, Maria and Tina, both of Jersey City. A viewing will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. today; from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

JOSEPHINE M. DE FILIPPIS DEL DEO, 97, of MANASQUAN, died Tuesday at Sunnyside Manor Care Center, Manasquan. She was a longtime communicant of St. Catharine's Roman Catholic Church, Spring Lake. She was a civil defense volunteer in Newark during World War II and the Korean War; a member of the Essex County Medical Society Auxiliary; and president of the Margania Women's Club, Newark.

Her life was her family, and she was a loving, devoted wife and mother, and an especially wonderful grandmother known as "Umma." Born in Newark, she lived there and in East Orange, moving to Spring Lake Heights in 1977, and to Sunnyside Manor, Manasquan, 214 years ago. Her husband, Dr. Nicholas V. Del Deo, died in September 1997; a son, Nicholas "Junior" Del Deo, died in 1930. Surviving are a son, Ralph tM.

Del Deo of Bedminster; a daughter, Rose- Jan Smith, with whom he lived; a brother, George Fischer of Wellborn, a sister, Dorothy Hilton of Las Vegas; a grandson, Ryan Fischer; and a granddaughter, Adriana Kublickis. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Red Bank, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m.' Interment will follow in Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. ELEANOR R. SAPPAH K0L0DZIEJ, 84, of KEYPORT, died Tuesday at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. She was a homemaker. She was a communicant of Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Union Beach, and past president of its Altar Rosary Society. She was named Rosarian of the Year in 1991 by the church.

She was past president of the Union Beach PTA and the Uniori Beach First Aid Ladies Auxiliary. Born in Jersey City, she lived in Union Beach for 74 years before moving to Keyport 10 years ago. Her husband, Joseph A. Ko-lodziej, died in 1986; and her son, William Kolodziej died Sept. 23.

Surviving are three sons, Paul Kolodziej of Hope, Joseph Kolodziej of Pinellas Park, and David Kolodziej of Middletown; a brother, George Sap-pah of Keyport; two sisters, Grace Schaufler of Keyport and Eileen DeFazio of North Cape May; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport. A funeral Mass will be offered 9:30 a.m.

PATRICIA MORRIS, 62, of Cream Ridge, UPPER FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, died Tuesday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, after having non-Hodgkins lymphoma. She worked for the past 18 years for Broza Block and Rubino, certified public accountants, Asbury Park, retiring in February as office administrator.

She was a 1956 graduate of South Side High School. Born in Newark, she lived in Howell before moving to Cream Ridge in 1997. Her parents, Jack and Jean Corbett, died in 1970; her sister, Ellen Jose, died last year. Surviving are her husband of 40 years, John S. Morris; a son and daughter-in-law, John D.

and Valerie Morris; a daughter, Jennifer Morris-Hill; four grandchildren, Ryan and Kyle Morris, and Johnny and Jesse Hill; and 10 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Lakewood Funeral Home, Route 9, Howell. A Mass will be offered 10:15 a.m.
