Freer, 79, a longtime school custodian, died Wednesday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, after a sudden illness. Mr. Freer, known as "Gus," was employed as a custodian by the city school district for Dorlando Menditto, co-owner of tavern ASBURY PARK Dorlando Menditto, 65, longtime co-owner of a tavern, died Wednesday at home after a long illness. He was manager and co-owner of Luigi's Tavern Restaurant, Tinton Falls, for 42 years.

Mr. Menditto, a lifelong city resident, was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, here. He was an Army veteran of World War II, and had served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater. He was a member of Gimbel Lehy Quirk Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2226, Oakhurst, Ocean Township. Surviving are his wife, the former Helen Latshaw; a son, Charles at home; a daughter, Theresa Huskey, Sil-verton, Dover Township; his stepmother, Teresa Menditto, West End, Long Branch; a brother, Rudy, Elberon, Long Branch; a sister, Immaculate Vaienzano, West Long Branch; two grandchil Raymond g.

mchose, 79, of Freehold, died Wednesday at Freehold Area Hospital, Freehold Township. He was a journeyman sheet metal worker for Midland Ross Engineering Highland Park, for 48 years, retiring in 1974. Mr. McHose was a member of Sheet Metal Workers International Union Local 27, North Brunswick Township. He was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1360, Perth Amboy, and was a 50-year member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge 1329, New Brunswick.

He was a former communicant of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, South River. Born in Reading, he lived in South River, moving to Freehold 27 years ago. Surviving are his wife, the former Sophia Dziedzic; a daughter, Carol Falatico, Freehold; two sons, Joseph, Monroe, and Raymond, Spotswood; nine grandchildren, and two greatgrandchildren. Yveline unkow, 31, of Howeii Township, died of natural causes Wednesday at Memorial Sloan-Ketter-ing Cancer Center, New York City. She was a bookkeeper for Taylor Pharmacy, Lakewood. She was a member of Nitsam Buddhist Temple, Howell Township. She was a 1974 graduate of Howell High School. Born in Paris, she was a lifelong resident of Howell.

Surviving are her husband, Rick; a son, Otschir, at home; two daughters, Soyan and Nonnie, both at home, and her parents, Elizabeth and Noran Adianov, Howell. C.H.T. Paul Wollstadt, ex-Defense official BRIELLE Paul Wollstadt, 77, a former Defense Department official in the Nixon administration who had a summer home here, died Saturday of cancer in Fort Pierce, Fla. Mr.

Wollstadt served in the Nixon administration as deputy assistant secretary of defense for manpower and reserve affairs, and, in that capacity, helped the Department of Defense establish the all-volunteer Army. He was a native of Rockford, 111., where he worked as a reporter and editor at The Rockford Register-Republic until 1945, when he became managing editor of the National Petroleum News and Piatt's Oilgram. He went to work in public relations for Mobil Oil in 1951. He worked for the oil company until 1969, leaving as senior vice president for public, employee and government relations. After leaving the Defense Department in 1971, Mr.

Wollstadt became a consultant and vice president of the American Petroleum Institute, Washington. He spent his winters in Fort Pierce. Until 1984, his summer home was in Millburn Township, N.J., and since then, he summered here. Surviving are his wife, the former Elizabeth Peters; three sons, Roger, Arlington, David, Old Town, Maine, and Dr. Loyd and eight grandchildren.

The Rev. E. Jocham, former jail chaplain BRADLEY BEACH The Rev. Edward F. Jocham, 63, of Bradley Beach and Jersey City, died yesterday at his Bradley Beach home.

He was a Roman Catholic priest. The Rev. Jocham was a priest at Yardville Correctional Institute. Before that he served as chaplain in the Hudson County Jail, Jersey City, and before that he was pastor at Christ the King Church, Jersey City. He was a former associate pastor at St Matthew's Roman Catholic Church, Ridgefield Park Township.

While at Christ the King Church, he was responsible for organizing and directing a drug-rehabilitation program. "He always seemed to turn to those who were in the most need, those that other people didn't want to bother with," said his sister, Elizabeth Reilly, Scotch Plains Township. He often said, "It was very gratifying to have some of these hardened prisoners turn to God," Mrs. Reilly added. He was ordained in Newark in 1958, and had graduated from Immaculate Conception Seminary.

The Rev. Jocham was an Army veteran of World War II, and received dren, and several nieces and nephews. Francioni, Taylor Lopez Funeral Home, Neptune, is in charge of arrangements. Mildred clancy, 91, of Ocean Grove, a retired bookkeeper, died Wednesday at Clara Swain Manor, Ocean Grove. Miss Clancy was employed at Burns Brothers Fuel Asbury Park and Belmar, for many years, retiring in the 1960s.

She was a communicant of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church, Asbury Park. Born in Trenton, she lived in Ocean Grove most of her life. Surviving are her sister-in-law, Helen Clancy, Ocean Township, and a niece. Buckley Funeral Home, Asbury Park, is in charge of arrangements. IRENE M.

CLOUSER, 71, of Bradley Beach, died yesterday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Shenandoah, she lived in Browns Mills, Pemberton Township, moving to Bradley Beach 12 years ago. Her husband, Reubin, died in 1971. Surviving are her son, Robert J. Gessiey, and a daughter, Ruth S.

Can-field, both Browns Mills; two brothers, Clarence Gessiey and Buddy Gessiey, Philadelphia; two sisters, Sarah Gargano, Philadelphia, and Dolores Rocaforte, California; a companion, Peter Guadagnino, with whom she lived; eight grandchildren, and 10 greatgrandchildren. Francioni, Taylor Lopez Funeral Home, Neptune, is in charge of Ocean ANNA W. BONNELL, 91, of Beach-wood, died yesterday at Community Memorial Hospital, Toms River. She was past president of Beach-wood Yacht Club Ladies Auxiliary, and a former member of Beachwood Civic Club. Born in Bayonne, she lived in Jersey City most of her life, moving to Beachwood in 1943.

Her husband, Alfred died in 1969. He served as mayor of Beachwood from 1950 until 1956. Surviving are a son, Alfred Beachwood; a daughter, Eleanor Inger-soll, Glendale, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Jordan was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was a communicant of Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Long Branch, and was an usher at the church. He was a member of Elks Lodge 742, Long Branch, for 17 years; Independent Engine and Truck Company 2, Long Branch, and a former captain of the Long Branch First Aid Squad. Born in Long Branch, he lived there, moving here eight years ago.

Born in Jersey City, he lived there, moving to Aberdeen 1 1 years ago. His wife, the former Marilyn Miller, predeceased him. siwakowski, 77, of Belford, Middletown Township, died yesterday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was an iron worker with Iron Workers Union Local 485, Paterson, for many years, retiring in 1976. Mr. Siwakowski belonged to Iron Workers Union Local 440, Utica, N.Y. He was a communicant of St.

Mary's Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth, Middletown. Born in Germany, Mr. Siwakowski came to the United States in 1915, settling in New York City. He lived in Carteret and Hazlet Township, moving to Middletown in 1948. His son, Robert, died in 1957.

Surviving are two sons, Andrew, at home, and Frederick, Keansburg; five daughters, EstellLaBelle and Clair Bama, both Keansburg, Bernice Zabor-ney, Middletown, Shela Harding, California, and Sharon Bracca, Fair Haven; a sister, Sophie Pico, Marlboro Township; 13 grandchildren, and 10 greatgrandchildren. John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown, is in charge of arrangements. Anna e. thieleiviann, 82, of Colts Neck Township, died yesterday at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch.

Born in Newark, she lived in Freehold, moving to Colts Neck seven years ago. Her husband, Herbert died in 1967. Surviving are a son, Edward Freehold; a daughter, Joyce A. Daniele; five grandchildren, and five greatgrandchildren. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, is in charge of arrangements.
