'ASBURY PARK EVENING PRESS (THE EVENING Ann May Senior Class Has Celebration Tonight Senior class night for the 16 who will be gradstudent, by nurses, School of Nursing. Fitkin hospital, on Friday night will be staged tonight with a dinner in the staff dining room of the hospital as the Arst event. Later, the seniors will be guests of Mrs. Albert G. Lyon, chairman of the nursing school committee, theater party.

A reception at "the nurses' residence will be held late evening when the group returns from the theater. The commencement exercises Friday night will be held at the Spring Lake Community House. Juniors Honor Seniors A buffet supper sponsored by the junior class and in honor of the 16 seniors was given Saturday night at Sea Girt inn. Johnny Martin's orchestra played for dancing and a late supper was served. Among those who acted as hostesses were Marjorie Carrick, Irene Connell.

George C. D. Hurley has been named chairman of a combined food, rummage and fancy table sale which is to be staged by members of the Oceanport Woman's Society for Christian Service Friday, July 3, at 1 p. m. in the church hall.

Plans were made and a committee was appointed to assist Mrs. Hurley at an all-day business meeting yesterday afternoon, which was presided over by Mrs. Charles Nichols. The rummage table will be run by Mrs. Nichols; Mrs.

Charles Dillauwill be chairman of the fancy table, and Mrs. Charles Walling and Mrs. Perley Riddle were appointed joint chairmen of the food sale. Members quilted and sewed during the day. Mrs.

Charles Prothero, the secretary, gave a report on the work of the society since the last meeting. Each member made a donation to the supply department for the Bancroft-Taylor Rest home. Each member also turned in a dollar to the society's treasury. A report was made on the white elephant sale held at the church last week. A quilting and sewing session to which members will bring box lunches will be held next Tuesday, as usual.

The next regular meeting of the society will be a combined picnic. Pollyanna party and covered dish supper Tuesday, July 21, at Mrs. Riddle's residence in Oceanport. Mrs. Lloyd N.

The next meeting will be held Aug. 18 at Mrs. Vaugoin's. Ocean Grove Unit Ends Season's Work The work group of the Ocean Grove auxiliary of Fitkin hospital held its last meeting of the season yesterday in the Ocean Grove Woman's club. The group completed 1.380 fluffs.

This was the group's ninth year of service for the hospital. Ice cream and cake was served and singing was led by Mrs. Raymond Manley. Those attending were Mrs. Frank Slocum, Mrs.

Mrs. Harrison Bance and Mrs. Walter A. Rullman were co-chairmen of the show, which included antiques, flower arrangements and the results of a garden. Mrs.

Charles R. English, wife of the mayor of Red Bank, exhibited a collection of vegetables grown in the mayor's victory garden. The tools used in sculping were displayed along with sculpture by Mrs. Rullman, who also showed flower arrangements. A report was given during the business meeting on the garden card party Tuesday at the home of Mrs.

Blanche Miller, Charles Goble Wed (Special to The Press) POINT PLEASANT BEACH- -The marriage of Miss Blanche Miller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Miller. 835 Trenton avenue, to Charles E. Goble, son and Mrs.

William Goble, Laurelton, took place Sunday afternoon in the Manasquan Methodist parsonage, with the Rev. Charles M. Hogate officiating. The maid of honor was the bride's sister, Miss Ruth Miller and the best man was Donath Osborn, Osbornville, both of whom were graduated last week from the local high school and whose engagement was announced at that time. The bride and bridegroom were also both graduated from the local high school.

After the ceremony, a reception was given at the home of the bride's parents. The couple left for a trip to Atlantic City. They will reside in Laurelton. Misses Appleby Give Party for Bride-Elect The Misses Jean and Marie Appleby, West Allenhurst. entertained yesterday at a buffet supper and shower for Miss Jacqueline Woolley, Wanamassa, whose marriage to sign Guy Lucian, Lansdowne, will take place this summer.

He received a master of arts degree at Columbia university, and is now employed by the Keystone Mutual Casualty company, Baltimore. The bride attended college in Washington. D. and was employed there by the government. The couple will reside in Baltimore after a wedding trip to Greenwood Lake.

Lawn Party Planned OCEANPORT-A lawn party will mark the next meeting of the Oceanport auxiliary of Riverview hospital. It will take place Tuesday, July 14, at the residence of Mrs. J. Van Riper, Port-au-Peck. Mrs.

J. L. Herbert has been named chairman of a rummage sale to be given June 20 by the auxiliary at 152 Shrewsbury avenue, Red Bank. Society Plans Outing At a meeting of Our Lady of Carmel society last night in Mt. Carmel chapel, this city, plans were made for an outing to be given some time this summer.
