Mayor Frank Herbert was returned to office by a of 427 and Councilmen Fred Fulmer and Percy Keynton received 402 and 403 votes, respectively.

There was no opposition. The police referendum calls a $250 annual salary raise for patrolmen and $300 a year for the chief. Miller, Clark Win BAY the local contest for councilman, C. Blackburn Miller with a vote of 238 and Philip S. Clark, with 215.
