Surviving are two brothers, George W. Van Meter, Lucerne, and Donald W. Van Meter, Woodstock, one sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Louis Zimmer, Royal Center; and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Daniel Van Meter and Walter Van Meter, and two sisters, Martha Studebaker and Mildred Rans, preceded in death. Dr.

Also surviving are five sons and their spouses, Daniel Green, Kokomo, Jerry Wolfe, Peru, Ron and Kathy Lind, Lafayette, Paul Richard and Tina Lind, Circleville, Ohio, and Denver and Linda Green, Tippecanoe; three daughters and their spouses, Julie and Jeff Spencer, Nyona Lake, Kathy Moore, Flora, and Joyce and Harry Gibbs, Logansport; one brother and spouse, Fred and Brenda Lind, Greenwood; four sisters and spouses, Phyllis and Harold Gray, Royal Center, Marjorie Cook, Topeka, Eva Deeb, Bellview, and Judy and Ron Phillips, Shoreview, 18 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. and Bessie Hayes Wilfong. On Feb. 7, 1954, in Logansport, he was married to M. Rude, who survives: Willong was a veteran of the U.S: He was a life member: of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3790. He was a 1950 graduate of Campbellsburg High School.

Mr. Willong was a coach operator for Summitt Bus Company of Fort Wayne. He was a former coach operator for Indiana Motor Bus Company and a former owner and operator of Bus Plus of Logansport. He also was a former. brakeman for Penn Central Railroad.

Also surviving are one son, Corbin E. Wilfong and his wife, Janice, Logansport; one daughter, Lorraine A. Goforth and her husband, Ronald, Logansport; three brothers, Ernest Wilfong, Castro Valley, Albert Willong, Royal Oak, and Dale Wilfong, Logansport; and three grandchildren, Carlos E. Wilfong, Joshua A. Goforth and Ashley Nicole Wilfong.

Olsen Collins. On June 18, 195, in Kewanna, he was married to Loma Lou Warfield, who survives. Mr. Collins was a veteran of the U.S. Marines, having served during the Korean conflict.

He retired from the Marines due to a service connected disability. He was a life member of the James F. Talbott Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1121, the Disabled Veterans of America and the Paralyzed Veterans of America. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Cherry Point, N.C. On March 18, 1936, in Kokomo, she was married to Francis L. Lebo, who died Sept. 25, 1970. Mr. Lebo was retired from the General Telephone Company.
