Bushnell and Lieut. Opdycke of the 41st. Major Ed wards and Capt. Stratton of the 19th, have been here within the last week. All of these offiaers, except Major Edwards, Capts.

Asper aid Stratton, are now stationed at 'Cleveland, Capt. Asper is recruiting fur his regiment, and wil I probably return to Virginia in a few daya. Capt. Stratton is stationed at Camp Ford, Alliance. Lieut.

Dana Marvin, U. S. arrived iome last week. He was attached to the Kt-agara, whieh returned fnm Jajan a few dnonths since, and bss since b-ea blockading the Southern Coast. The vessel returned to JT.

A full Company is said to be eslisted in Or. well, Ashtabula and only awaits the preparation of a Camp, to eome in. Another Company nearly full, bas hea enlisted ia the east--crn part of this and Ashtabula counties. Capt Barrett, late of tbe 19th, is enlisting a Company at Newton Falls. He bss, at this ime.

over fifty men. Ce.pt. Brown (of the Warren Zouaves) is ea-listing a Company, at this place. Quartermaster Hunt returned from Cinein- anati oa Saturday. He made arrangements for sthe tents and other Camp equipage, which will -be furnished at the earliest possible time.

The location of the Camp has not been definitely sfixad upon, some of those interested in the Fair Grounds having objections to having th-aa ised for camp purposes. We hope a good location can be procured, where the soldiers can -be made as eomioatable as possible. Tbe season ia already far advanced, the winds and snows of the late fall months will soon be upon as, and tbe soldiers must have eome bet ter protection than tents, and belter faciSties for cooking and for warming themselves than an be afforded by out-door camp fires, whieh very rain will extinguish.
