Boyle County died at 8 am Tuesday at Roanoke Hospital in Roanoke Va She was the widow of Olaf Gibson The Gibsons had owned Gibson arms on Lancaster Road and had lived there for several years She was a graduate of Paris High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University She was a member of the Methodist church in Vinton She was the daughter of the late AV and Dotie Ragland Douglas Survivors include a son Olaf Gibson Jr of Pulaski Va a daughter Mrs A Lawson of Vinton Va seven grandchildren one great grandchild and her stepmother Mrs AV Douglas of Danville The funeral will be held at 3 pm Manuel Manuel died Monday in Lex ington after an illness In Boyle County Man accused of fleeing Dale Reynolds 21 of Liberty was arrested Monday in Junction City after a chase Danville police said Reynolds was charged with attempting to elude and driving under the influence of intoxicants after he was stopped early Monday morning by Junction City Officer Russell Preston police said A Breathalyzer test indicated blood alcohol level was 23 percent police said Cpl Jim Cloyd made the arrest eight for public drunkenness or alcohol related charges 13 for traffic violations and two for miscellaneous offenses The department also worked nine offense reports four traffic ac cidents and two burglaries during the month and wrote seven parking tickets Tuesday with third degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking over $100 police said Cochran was arrested at 5:25 pm Tuesday on Ky 70 near the western city limits of Liberty by county and state authorities He was lodged in the county
