Dixon R. Rich Sri 64. a founding partner of the law firm of Rich, Fluke Tishman Rich, died yesterday of heart disease at Allegheny General Hospital. Mr. Rich of Ross also was a tax partner with Arthur Andersen Co.

for 25 years. A graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School, he was a World War veteran, a certified public accountant and a member of the Duquesne University Law School faculty. He also served on the financial committee of North Hills Passavant Hospital and belonged to the Allegheny Club, the Duquesne Club, the University Club, the Harvard-Yale-Princeton Gub and the Pittsburgh Tax Gub. He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Barley) Rich of Ross; three sons, Dixon R. Rich Jr.

of Pittsburgh, Michael W. Rich of Burgettstown, Washington County, and J. Jeffrey Rich. M.D., of the North Hills; one daughter, Nancy M. Longman of Boston; and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Schellhaas Funeral Home, 388 Center West View. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St.

Stewart Barbara McAllister Stewart, a former resident and Girl Scout leader in Coraopolis. died of heart disease Friday in Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus. Ohio. Mrs. Stewart, 61.

of Westenrille. Ohio, was a member of the Church of the Master in Westerville and a former member of Coraopolis United Methodist Church. While a resident of Coraopolis, she was involved with the Coraopolis YMCA "Saturday Night She was a member of the Fort Vance Chapter 550 of the Order of Eastern Star. Surviving are her husband, Louis a daughter, Valerie McGregor, and a son, Mark all of Westerville; and three grandchildren. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 tonight at Copeland Funeral Home, 867 Fifth Coraopolis, where an Eastern Star service will be held at 7 30.

Joseph Barclay Fogg Joseph Barclay Fogg, 91, a former bank officer who was active in Greensburg civic affairs, died of a stroke Sunday in Westmoreland Hospital. Mr. Fogg of Greensburg was a vice president of Mellon Bank's Barclay office in Greensburg from 1958 until his retirement in 1964.

He was vice president of Barclay Westmoreland Trust Co. from 1927 to 1958 and a sales engineer for the Railway and Industrial Engineering Co. of Greensburg from 1923 to 1927. Mr. Fogg was a World War I veteran of the Navy Reserves.

He was a member and past officer of the vestry at Christ Episcopal Church, Greensburg. He was a member of the Westmoreland Polo and Hunt Club of Greensburg and the Pike Run Country Club of Jones Mills. He also was a past president of the YMCA of Greensburg, and past treasurer of the Greensburg Municipal Authority, Greensburg Parking Authority and Westmoreland County Association for the Blind. Surviving are three daughters. Rebecca Aulet of Chappaqua, Sara Foote Jr.

of Shaker Heights, Ohio, and Hester Fogg Saxon of Wilmington, Del; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. today in the Cosbey-Nkholson Funeral Home, 319 W. Shirley H. Buchholz Shirley Buchbolx, a collector of and authority on dolls, died of leukemia Sunday in her Shaler borne. Mrs. Buchholz, 68. was a former president of the United Federation of Doll Clubs.

She was an associate editor of the federation's International Doll Magazine. Mrs. Buchholz also was a member of the Pittsburgh Doll Club, the Doll Collectors of America and the International Doll Academy. She wrote several books on doll collecting and antique dolls. She was a member of the Episcopal church.

Surviving are her husband, Edward; a daughter, Jane F. of Alaska; and a son. C. William of Ponte Vedra. Fla.

Friends will be received from 5 pm. until funeral services at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at the P. Brandt Funeral Home. 1032 Perry Highway.

Carl P. Milano, 73, a Roman Catholic priest who served for many years in the Greensburg Diocese, died Friday of heart failure in Albuquerque, M. He had lived in Albuquerque since retiring in 1970. He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and St. Vincent College and Seminary in Latrobe, Westmoreland County.

He was ordained on June 11, 1944, by the late Bishop Hugh G. Boyle. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Gara Magnelli of Harrisburg and Mrs. Madeline Yocum of Gainesville, and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. today at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, 3552 California Brighton Heights. A pontifical funeral mass will be held at 10 a m. tomorrow at Regina Coeli Church, 1434 Juniata North Side.

The principal celebrant will be Greensburg Bishop Anthony G. Bosco. Burial will be in North Side Catholic Cemetery, Ross. William C. Welsh William C.

Welsh, a retired supervisor for the US. Postal Service, died of pneumonia yesterday at the Bethlen Nursing Home in Ligonier, Westmoreland County. Mr. Welsh, 76, of Beechview was a letter carrier in the South Hills from Norbert Sieber Norbert J. Sieber, a retired regional sales manager for the Catholic Church Extension Society, died Sunday of heart failure at his Shera-den home.

He was 79. Mr. Sieber retired in 1976 after 50 years with the Chicago-based society. He was a 55-year resident of Sheraden, where he was a member of Holy Innocents Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Mary; two sons, Norbert Jr.

of Ross and Timothy of Elliot; four daughters. Marilyn McKenna of Ridgewood. N.J., Joan Sieber of Alexandria, Carole Lyons of Arlington, and Georgene Gallo of Ross; one brother, Alphonse of Elliot; one sister, Sister Georgine Sieber of Hampton; and seven grandchildren.
