Conner, Oil Executive, Dies at Home East End Man Photography Expert J. Montgomery Conner, vice president of Benedum-Trees Oil died yesterday at bis home, 837 Heberton Ave.

He was 70. A prominent amateur photographer, Mr. Conner was a former secretary of the photographic section. Academy of Arts and Sciences, Carnegie Institute. After being associated with Westinghouse Electric Corp.

and U. S. Steel Mr. Conner joined the oil firm almost 40 years ago. His first Job was to keep records on oil production.

A lifelong resident of the East End, he was a graduate of Buck-nell Academy, the preparatory school associated with Bucknell University. For many years he tested new photographic equipment devel oped by Eastman Kodak Co. before it was available to the pub lic.

His technical library on pho tography is known to be one of the most extensive collections in the country. He was a member of the East Liberty Presbyterian Church; The Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, and was a past master of Hailman Lodge, No. 321, F. and A. M.

Brother Survives Surviving is a brother, A. Cleveland Conner, Ardmore. Funeral services will be tomor row at 2 p. m. the Waples Funeral Home.

Florence G. Graham Mrs. Florence Girdwood Graham, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Monday at Chicago, HI. Mrs. Graham was the widow of Walter Graham and the daughter of the late George and Christine Cruikshank Girdwood.

Surviving are a son, Walter Graham of Chicago; a brother, Frank E. Girdwood of Pitts burgh, and a sister, Mrs. Laura 4 -J Morrison of Rennselaer, Ind. Burial was in Chicago. Pvt.
