Kottmaim, 73; Owned Manufacturer Of Shoe Paris Orville J. Kottmann, a former shoe component manufacturer here, died of lung cancer Thursday (Dec. 29, 1994) at his home in west St.

Louis County. He was 73. Mr. Kottmann started Style Craft Trim Co. in 1955 and operated the business in St.

Louis until he sold it in 1979. He also was a former director of Northwest Bank. Born in St. Louis, Mr. Kottmann graduated from Beaumont High School.

He received five Bronze Stars during service in the Army in World War II and was a staff sergeant upon his discharge. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. today at Parkway United Church of Christ, 2840 North Dallas Road. Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. until the service.

Burial will be in the church cemetery. Among the survivors are his wife, Delores Kottmann; a daughter, Karen Kottmann Urani of Olivette; two sons, Donald Kottmann of Calgary, Alberta, and David Kottmann of west St. Louis County; a sister, Irene Holtman of St. Louis County; and eight grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of the donor's choice.

Erf '4 3 1 1 'I POLICECOURTS The following incidents were among those that were reported to police departments in the St. Louis area or that involved action in one of the area's courts: ,) If. 2:30 a.m. Sunday when one of them hit the windshield of the passing van. Four young men got out of the van and confronted the three, Davis said.

One young man was stabbed in the abdomen; another suffered a serious cut to his face. Davis said Stenner. of the 7000 block of Amherst Avenue, was arrested a short time later. Davis said the two victims were listed in serious condition at St. John's Mercy Medical Center.

1 4' J. 1 injured Saturday afternoon in a two-car accident on Upper Plattin Road, just south of Missouri Highway 110. Mc-Clanahan failed to negotiate a curve about 3:45 p.m. and struck another vehicle head-on. She died at 1:15 a.m.

Sunday at St. Louis University Hospital. Connie L. Young, 35, of Fenton, and Cheryl A. Peters, 35, of Barnhart, both in the other vehicle, were taken to Jefferson Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries.

CHARGED 1 HOMICIDE St. Louis: The body of an unidentified young man was found Sunday afternoon in the back of a stolen car parked on a street west of O'Fallon Park. Homicide Sgt. Tony Rice said the victim, 18 to 22 years old, had been shot six times. Someone visiting the 4400 block of Catherine Place saw the body about 3:30 p.m.

Edward Charles and Mrs. Emma Janiesch. Following the death of her mother, her father second marriage resulted in the following half-brothers and sisters: Russell Marvin, Elmer George, Marion Charles (deceased). "Mrs. Ruth Elizabeth Westing.

Mrs. Melba Adele Cle-venger, Kenneth Roy and Glen Clarence (deceased). She also has a step-sister, Mrs. Mar-gruiette Louise Luske. On Oct.

5. 1927, she married Leonard Frank Kramer of Caron-delet, St. Louis. he passed away on May 26. 1981.

Rose son. Lawrence Leonard, and her daughter Roselen survive her. She is also survived by her daughter children Roger Shiftier. Mrs. Luanda (Cindy) Hutson and Mrs.

Melinda Spark-man. She leaves 7 great-grandchildren. She is survived also by a large number of family relatives. Rose was a wife and mother without peer. She was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was a friend to all who knew her. She will be sadly missed by friends and relations. In addition to homemaking, Rose intersts were house-plants, gardening and sewing: she was an excellent seamstress. Funeral services will be private. Cremains will be interred at Itillcrest Abbey, 3211 Sublette.
