Bertovich, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bertovich of Penn Hills. Miss Devine, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, is a dental hygienist. Her fiance is in data processing at Beckwith Machinery Co.

A November 1983 wedding is planned. Blaha Stec The engagement of Lorri A. Blaha to Richard W. Stec is announced by her parents, Beverly Blaha of Shaler Township and John A. Blaha of Wilkinsburg.

Miss Blaha, a graduate of Shaler Area High School, is a senior accounting major at La Roche College. She is a lead vocalist and guitarist in a band. Her fiance is the son of Henry Stec of Turtle Creek. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University. He is a self-employed certified public accountant with R.W.
