"ANSO gives Hispanics the opportunity to address and recommend actions to Hispanic problems, advance- ment and promotional trends, His- panics'role in the Navy and recruitment and retention of Hispanics in the Cantu said. A Navy success story, Cantu has a secret behind his accoirtplishnwnts. "Lack of Hispanic officers in the Navy has given me that extra boost to do more and serve as a role model for Hispanics," Cantu said. He is a 17- year Navy veteran.
