He was a former national chairman of the Democratic Party. OSCAR TSCHIRKY, 84, Oscar of the Waldorf, at New Platz, N. of a heart ailment, Nov. 7.

Obituaries D.H.Greene, Ex-Brewery Official, Dies Was Vice President Of Pittsburgh Firm Daniel H. Greene, 88, 501 Neville retired executive of Duquesne Brewing died Thursday in West Perm Hospital. Mr. Greene was ior many years a director and vice president in charge of the company's sales, until he retired three years ago. He is survived by three sons and three daughters, including Harold D.

Greene, Sandusky, Gerald F. Greene, New York, and Mrs. Ellen Stauff, Mrs. Elizabeth Bane, and Cyril and Katherine Greene, all of Pitts burgh. He also leaves 12 grand children and three great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at Samson's. Requiem high mass will be sung in St. Paul's Cathedral at 10 a. m. Monday, followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery.

Pvt. Francis A. Lubomski Pvt. Francis A. Lubomski, Beech North Side, died of a brain concussion Oct.

25 in Germany following an Army vehicle accident. He was 24 years old. Pvt. Lubomski was graduated from Pittsburgh Academy and attended University of Pittsburgh. He was employed by All States Insurance Co.

He served three years in the Navy during World War II and then enlisted in the Army. After returning to civilian life, he re-enlisted in the Army. Pvt. Lubomski was the son of the late Edward and Mary Glow Lubomski. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs.

Rita Bellisario, Marie and Dorothy, all of Pittsburgh, and four brothers, Edward, William, Pvt. Harry of the U. S. Air and Lawrence. Friends are being received at the Joseph A.

Pappert and Sons Funeral Home, 711 Lockhart North Side. Funeral with military services will be Monday with requiem high mass at 10 a. m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Lockhart St.

Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Millvale. Mrs. Rafaella Lalama Lalama, an aunt of Judge Michael A. Musmanno, died yesterday in Rochester Hospital after a short illness.

Mrs. Lalama, 77, lived at 326 Erie West Aliquippa. She was born in Italy on Nov 24, 1872, and came to this coun try in 18D7. She has been a resident of Aliquippa for 45 years. Mrs.

Lalama is survived by five daughters: Mrs. Anna Pacel-la. Mrs. Madeleine Paoline, Mrs. Amelia Leonardo, and Antoinette Lalama, all of Aliquippa, and Mrs.

Helen Ficarri of McKees Rocks; two sons, Nofrey Lalama and Domenic Lalama, both of Aliquippa, and a brother, Domenic Costella of New York City. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be held Tuesday at 9 a. m. with solemn high mass requiem at St.

Joseph's Church, West Aliquippa. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Monaca. James A. Bowlander Services for James A. Bow-lander, former Mt.

Washington resident, were scheduled for 2 p. m. today at the Walter S. Schaub Funeral Home, Brownsville Rd. Mr.

Bowlander, who was born in Pittsburgh Aug. 3. 1875, died at Santa Barbara, Nov. 11. Until his retirement in 1941, he was warehouse superintendent of American Steel Wire Co.

for 47 years. He was a member of the Smoky City Council 119, Jr. Order of United American Me chanics, more than 40 years. Surviving are one daughter. Mrs.
