7th Kansas City, MO 64114. She lived as she believed God intended-life to its fullest. She will be deeply missed by her 5 loving children, 10 grandchildren, 2 sisters and 2 brothers, a family of in-laws, cousins, friends whom she considered family, many member of the Catholic church where most of her working years were so enjoyably spent and also Jesuits across the land. The ice cream companies will also miss mom a great deal. Mom left us with a lot of love and a deep respect and love of God.

She was a woman that touched, and improved, countless lives. The world is a better place because God graced us with her presence for 66 years. God has called home one of His truest, most faithful servants. Heaven is now an even nicer place because mom is there, mom was lovingly taken care of by the most wonderful of daughters, Mary Lewis. Mary was a God send.

Dan from the St. Vincent DePaul Society deserves a huge pat on the back for his service to mom. Mom enjoyed a simple kind of life, she loved her music and passed along her love and appreciation of the piano to her children and grandchildren. She loved her garden, especially her roses. Mom was quite a seamstress and enjoyed making clothes for loved ones.

Mom enjoyed a walk on a nice day and she loved a good conversation and laugh. She was proud to be Irish. Mom always made the holidays extra special. Mom often said one of her greatest gifts was sobriety. She was forever grateful to AA.

The program allowed mom to journey through these last 2 months with a belief in God's promise and serenity. She was the best Marge Lewis that ever lived and we love you. She will be deeply missed. As mom told us in recent times, life hasn't ended it's just changed. Love, Rett, Steve, Chris, Lisa and Mary.
