Army having served with distinction in Vietnam. Arnold served the public as a relocation manager for the St.

Louis Housing Commission a retired from the City of St. Louis' License Collector's office as a manager of the Excise Division. Arnold also lent his energy 8 expertise to many political campaigns 8 small business owners In our community. Arnold, a charismatic fellow, was known tor an unquenchable thirst for knowledge 8 for his service to others. It was rare to see Arnold without both a book 8 imparting his vast knowledge 8 love to those around him.

He will be missed by all manner of persons in St. Louis. Visitation services will be held on Thurs. Aug. 28 from 4-9pm at AUSTIN A.
