20, 1998) at St. Anthony's Medical Center in south St. Louis County after suffering a heart attack. He was 53 and lived in the Oakville area of South County. Mr.

Dillon was vice president of operations for C.D. Peters Construction Co. in Granite City. Earlier, he worked for more than 25 years for several commercial building construction firms in the St. Louis area.

He was a member of Thomas E. Walsh Retired Post-Dispatch employee Thomas E. Walsh, a retired PostDispatch employee, died Wednesday (Oct. 21, 1998) at his home in Cairo, of complications from diabetes. He was 77.

He represented the petroleum industry in Tulsa, OK and Indianapolis, IN until he and his wife moved to Centralia, IL in 1938 to form Universal Butane Co. which supplied LP gas to oil fields and the domestic market. In 1953, he and his family moved to St.

Louis, MO. Gene Felt will be fondly remembered for his honesty, generosity, fairness and faithful practice to the Golden Rule. A private family service was held on Oct. 20, 1998. No memorials.
