Eleventh ward, from Woods Run avenue to Davis avenue, and providing for assessment and collection of the cost and expense thereof. Section Be it ordained and enacted by the Select and Common Councils of the city of Allegheny, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same. That the director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and instructed to enter into a contract with Cronin O'Herron for the construction of a main sewer on Rose avenue, Eleventh ward, frcm Woods Run avenue to Davis avenue, according to specifications, for the sum of two thousand nine hundred sixty-seven dollars and fifty cents as per their proposal.

That the grading, paving and curbing of Belmont street.
