Laid to rest with his father. Contributions In Bob's memory to James' Childrens Fund, 3100 Richmond Rd Lexington, KY 40509. PHIPPS, LEO MONTGOMERY 'MONTY', 72, of Springfield. MO, passed away on December 5th after a lengthy illness; Leo was born April 30, 1930 in St. Louis.

Missouri. He graduated from St. Louis University High School in 1948 where he was state champion in the high hurdles. He graduated from St. Louis University in 1952.

He served as lieutenant in the United States Air Force from 1952 to 1954. Leo was Controller at Monsanto Chemical Company for 20 years: Vice President ol Finance for Borg Warner Health Care Products for 10 years and retired from the Missouri Rehabilitation Center in Mount Vernon, Missouri as Controller in 1992. He is survived by his spouse, Carolyn (Faulkner); children, Thomas Phipps of St. Louis, Missouri and Kathleen Lechner of St. Charles, Missouri; granddaughters, Jennifer Lechner and Michelle Lechner of St.

Charles. Missouri; and brother, Joseph J. Phipps ol Florissant, Missouri; he was preceded in death by spouse Kathleen (Corcoran), intant daughter Jane and sister Ann; he was a dear uncle, cousin, brother-in-law, and friend. The body has been cremated. Graveside services were conducted at Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Springfield on December 13, 2002.

A memorial Mass will be held in St. Louis at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 16, 2002 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, St. Charles, Missouri.

Mr. Fisher was born in Venice, IL, He graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy and was a pharmacist with Reese Drug Stores in Granite City, IL. He was active in the St. Louis arts theatre circles and was an avid card player.

Mr. Fisher was predeceased by his parents, Mollie Carr and Everett W. Fisher, Venice, IL and his brothers. Everett, Pass Christian, MS, George, Meridian, MS and John, Carlsbad, CA. He is survived by his sister, Ada Groshong, Sun City, AZ and cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

His remains were interred at St. Johns Cemetery, Granite City, IL. FOLLUO, DAVID Dec. 7. 2002; beloved husband of Dorothy A.

Folluo and the late Bernadine J. Folluo (nee Fur-tak); dear father of Suzanne Goidak; dear grandfather of David M. Goldak, Amy Jenkel (Jason) and Daniel M. Goldak; dear great-grandfather of Andrew Jenkei; dear brother of John M. (Joann) Folluo; our dear uncle, brother-in-law, cousin and friend to many.

David was born Sept. 18, 1926, in St. Louis, the first of 2 sons born to Clarence and Lucille Folluo (nee King). His brother, John M. Jack' Folluo is a retired St.

Louis policeman. A serious Illness claimed David's hearing at 3 years of age. He entered Central Institute for the Deaf where he learned to speak and where he was prepared for life in a hearing world He had an incredible passion for baseball and hockey. He loved to play Softball. He was a pitcher and played fast pitch Softball until he was 45 years old when he was awarded Most Valuable Pitcher by the Midwest Athletic Assn.

for the Deaf (M.A.A.D.) in 1972. He became a member of the M.A.A.D. Hall of Fame in 1970. He also loved to bowl. David was a long time employee ol Rapps Bettendorfs.

He retired from Schnucks Markets in 1988. David married Dorothy in 1974, he loved her and made her laugh every day of their marriage. Her love for him made it possible for him to remain at home for the last 5 years of his illness. He was a good brother, a proud and loving father and a wonderful grandfather and great-grandfather. His sense of humor, love and generosity will be sadly missed by all of his friends and family.

David was a member of the Bell Club and Silent Club. Private services were held upon David request. Contributions to Central Institute for the Deaf, the American Lung Assn. or charity of your choice. Family served by KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHA-PEL.

MS She was preceded in death by her parents, Wann Van Robinson and Clara Helen Hampel Robinson of Caruthersville, MO; her sister Cynthia Robinson of Caruthersville and St. Louis.
