Joseph J. Czaickl Joseph J. Czaicki, 84, of Winfield, died Saturday (Oct. 28, 2000) at his residence. Mr.

Czaicki was a retired garage mechanic from the city of St. Louis Police Department. A Mass was celebrated Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Old Monroe. Burial was at the church cemetery. Among survivors are his wife, Hedwig Czaicki of Winfield; two daughters, Catherine Czaicki and Florence Czaicki, both of Winfield; a son, Michael Czaicki of Winfield; two brothers, Walter Czaicki of O'Fallon, 111., and John Czaicki of Belleville.

Stephens, 64, of Wentzville, died Thursday (Oct. 26, 2000) as the result of injuries suffered in a logging accident in Wentzville. Mr. Stephens was a self-employed residential-commercial concrete contractor, serving St. Louis and St.

Charles for 34 years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1953. A funeral service was held Monday at Baue Funeral Home in St. Charles.

Burial was at Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Charles. Among survivors are two daughters, Erin E. Rasmussen of Huntsville, and Vickie Stephens of Missouri; a brother, Michael J. Stephens of Springfield, a sister, Lorie Davis of St.

Jesse H. Roberts Jesse H. Roberts, 73, of Winfield, died Thursday (Oct. 26, 2000) at St Joseph Health Center in St. Charles.
