Mr. Mitchell is the grandson of Geraldine Lang of Angleton. He graduated from Angleton High School in 1989, and received a B.S. in Construction Sciences from Texas University. He is currently employed with Belmont Constructors in Houston.

The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 1995 at the Holy Comforter Epsicopal Church in Angleton. Johnson-Womble Mr. and Mrs. Ed Johnson of Angleton announce the engagement and upcoming mariage of their daughter, Suzanne Johnson to Monte Womble, son of Bill and Patsy Womble of Prescott, Ark.

Miss Johnson is the granddaughter of Ed Johnson Sr. of Sulphur, and the late Ona Lee Johnson and Alene Thorne of Goldthwaite and the late Ernest Thorne. She is a 1986 graduate of Angleton High School and received a B.S. in All Levels Physical Education from Abilene Christian University in 1992. Suzanne is employed at Frontier Elementary School in Angleton assisting in physical education classes.

Mr. Womble is the grandson of Frank Wilson of Prescott, and the late Marie Wilson and the late Knapp Womble and Inez Womble Head. He is a 1985 graduate of Prescott High School and received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1990. Monte is employed by Dow Chemical in Freeport.

The couple will exchange vows at the Wilkins and Downing Church of Christ in Angleton Thev will reside in Lake Jackson. Garcia Quinceanera Michelle Garcia, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terry and Manuel Arispe of Clute and Eddie Garcia of Rockport was honored with a surprise birthday party, hosted by her family at the blue building in Richwood on Friday, May 12. She is a ninth grade student at Brazoswood High School Her favorite subject is dance and her favorite pasttime is talking on the telephone.

The groom is the son of Judy and Jim James of Brazoria and Myrtis and Jim Hamilton of Brazoria. He is employed at Dow Chemical as an Instrument Electrical Technician. Tricia Bennett of Negril, Jamaica served as maid of honor Huntlcy Fisher of Negril, Jamaica served as best man. After the honeymoon in Negril Jamaica, a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. The couple now resides in Angleton.

Creekmore-Sims Dorothy and Tommy R. Creekmore Sr. of Clute announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Laura Anne Creekmore of Oyster Creek to Markus Wane Sims, son of Raymond and Peggy Sims of Oyster Creek.
