Indiana, and Lumber Co providing the kind of walks and the manner of construction of the same In certain districts of said town, and pro-Tiding a penalty for the violation thereof, and repealing; all conflicting ordinances and orders, and declaring an emergency. Section 1. All sidewalks hereafter constructed in said town of Brook, Indiana, at any place within said town known as the District" shall be constructed as herein required, either of sawed stone or of cement, and of no other material. Section 8.
