The present owners of Ringling, Irving and Israel Feld and Judge Roy Hofheinz, through producer John Ringling North, purchased the German circus almost intact FALSTAFF THE DI0NNE WARWICK SHOW Carats" in the Julie Harris role. Abe Burrows, who directed the New York company, will direct the national companyofthe comedy by the French team of Barillet and Gredy, which also created "Cactus Flower," which was a Broadway hit in an adaptation by Burrows.

"Forty Carats" was adapted into English by Jay Allen, author of "The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie." Wednesday through Friday will begin at 8:15 on Saturday at 8:30 and Sunday at 6:30. Matinees will begin at 4:15 p.m. Thursday and Friday an 2:30 Saturday and Sunday. Children under 12 years of age will be admitted to the Wednesday and Thursday evening perform-a and the Thursday and Friday matinees at $1 under the regular price.
