2, 1990) at the Akron City Hospital. Mrs. Picker was a teacher in an elementary school in Akron and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Akron where she was a confirmation teacher. A funeral was held Monday at Grace Lutheran Church in Akron. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m.

today (Tuesday) at St. Charles Memo Lafayette L. "Lefty" Lafayette L. "Lefty" Thouviner 66, of St. Charles died of cancer Monday (Feb.

5, 1990) at DePaul Health Center in Bridgeton. Mr. Thouviner had retired after 34 years with Anheu-ser Busch Cos. Inc. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m.

Wednesday at Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson Street in St. Charles. Burial will be in St. Charles Memorial Gardens, 3950 West Clay Street in St. Charles.

Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Paul Wilburn Missey, Paul Wilburn Missey, 81, of St. Charles, died Friday (Feb. 2, 1990) at his home. Mr.

Missey retired as a truck driver for Hutting Sash and Door Co. He was a sergeant in the U.S. Army, serving in World War II. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Harvester. A funeral service was held Monday at First Baptist Church in Harvester.

Charles, has married Thomas William Mallot, son of Thomas G. Mallot and Gerry A. Mallot of Baltimore, Md. The ceremony was performed Nov. 25 by the Rev.

John J. Hickel at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in St. Charles. The bride is a claims adjuster for Employers Mutual Companies and the groom is a senior engineer for Boeing Military Aircraft.

Charles died Sunday (Feb. 4, 1990) at' St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles. She was a member of the Rock Hill Church of God in Rock Hill.

Charles. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Erling C. Brandes, 69, of St. Charles died Monday (Feb.

5, 1990) at St. Joseph Health Center in Charles after a heart attack. Mr. Brandes had retired after 37 years as a quality controller for McDonnell Douglas Corp. He served in World War II and was a member of the American Legion Post 312; he was also a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson Street in St. Charles. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Ceme Clifford Cartwright, 61, Of St. Charles Service For Allen Maier Of St.

Charles Allen W. Maier, 71, of St. Charles died Saturday (Feb. 3, 1990) at St. Lukes Hospital West in Wentzville.

Mr. Maier was the owner and president of the board of Liberty Machine Works Inc. The body will be cremated. 60, Of St. Charles Wednesday at the Baue Funeral Home.

Cartwright, 61, of St. Charles died of cancer Sunday (Feb. 4, 1990) at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles.

He was a carpenter and belonged to Local 73 of the Carpenter's Union. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson Street in St. Charles. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks Cemetery, 101 Memorial Drive in Lemay.

Graslaub, 90, of St. Charles died Sunday (Feb. 4, 1990) at Wentzville Park Care Center in Wentzville. Mr. Graslaub had retired as a foreman of the tea department of James H.

Forbes Tea and Coffee Co. in St. Louis, where he had worked for 40 years. Mr. Graslaub had served as a Republican committeeman from St.

Ferdinand Township in St. Louis County and was a longtime member of the Republican club. In the early 1900s, Mr. Graslaub owned and operated Main Street Cleaning plant in St. Charles.
