1 6C Oct. 21, 1974 ST. LOUIS POST- DISPATCH Busch Blanked By Kutis By Harold Flachsbart Of the Post-Dispatch Staff Friedel Geissert's Kutis soccer team played the way Geissert likes to see his players move to the ball yesterday and the result was a rousing 7-0 victory over Busch Gardens at CSMAC Field. Kutis's third victory in three starts put the team in first place in the St. Louis League's First Division.

Geissert's men have scored 10 goals and yielded one. Busch Gardens coach Henry Kuster took exception to some calls by the referees and was ejected along with Busch players Robin Geisz (swearing) a and John Garland (fighting). "The ejections didn't make any difference in the outcome," Geissert said. "We were playing soundly." Dan Bokern, the third of three brothers to play for Geissert, scored two goals, as did Jim Kersting. In the second half of the St.

Louis League doubleheader, Carondelet Sunday Morning Athletic Club made first-half goals by Bill McCabe and Phil Beerman stand up for a 2-1 victory over the Kickers. At Mullally Field, in the Catholic Youth Council's First Division, Ziegenhein played its second straight scorless tie, this time with league-leading Kuna. VolpiVirtus and Our Lady of Sorrows also played to a standoff 1-1. St. Ferdinand and That Pizza Joynt won CYC Second Division contests, with St.

William dropping from 1 first place as it was defeated by St. Ferdinand, 3-2. Hank Geerling scored two St. F. goals.

That Pizza Joynt, after handing St. William its first loss a week before, edged Leaf, 2-1, on goals by Carl Tieber and Mike Caraffa. Probably the happiest goalgetter of the day was Tom Wade, who hit the cords five times in a 7-1 Khoury Association triumph for the Magee Pabst team over Sigma Phi Epsilon. Wade's wife gave birth to a son Saturday. The sponsor's son, Ed Magee chipped in with another goal, as did Spanky McFarland.

A Magee team also gained on the leading Bakers in the North Over 30 League, defeating the Codys, 1-0, first-half goal by Jerry Barrett. The Bakers were tied by the Meyers, 2-2. Soccer Results ST.
