William C. Schwarze, bridesmaid, were gowned alike in American Beauty velveteen dresses with off-shoulder necklines and full circular skirts. Their bonnets and mitts were of matching material, and their bouquets were of white chrysanthemums. The bridegroom had his brother, Marcus J. Jackson Jr as best man, and Mr.

Miss Manley, who will have as her subject "Women in Japan," recently returned from a three-month stay in Japan where she was sent by the War Department as a consultant in health education in the Civilian Education and Information Service. Meetings are scheduled for 1 p.m., by the program steering committee and the informal discussion group for the newcomers to the club. play group will meet Friday at 11 a.m., and at 8 p.m. The Friday evening group will have an evening of cards and surprise entertainment.
