There were three children by the union. Mrs. Kaeding alleges that her husband deserted her witbout any cause and that he failed to support her. DESERTED 11ER. Katie Anderson asked for a decree of divorce from William B.

Anderson. They were married April 20, 1881, and they separated July 27. 1883. Mrs. Anderson alleged that her husband abandoned her without any provocation, and that he failed to support her.

She asks for the restoration of her maiden name, Katie Martin. INFIDELITY. Hardy Carter asked for a decree of divorce from Maria Carter. The marriage took place March 17. 1867, and the separation on Christmas Day, 18S3.

Mr. Carter alleges that his wife was unfaithful to her marriage vows and was guilty of improper conduct with another man. Finally she left her husband. STATED OUT ALL NKiHT. Minnie Bauraeister sought a decree of divorce from Charles Raumelster. They were married January 9, 18S0, and lived together until March 12, 1S84. Mary Seibert. who. on the 12th of October, 1874, married John fieibert of the City and County of St. Louis, asks to be relieved of the responsibility so incurred Decause jonn naa rendered her condition intolerable and failed throughout that time to support her and their two ohildren. Mary owned a small farm In Illinois and she avers that John would take the proceeds of its modest crops and refuse to relinquish the same for family neeus.

He had also accused her of being unfaithful to her marriage vow. The two living children, Albert, 9 years old, and Louisa, ased 8 years, she asked be given to her care. OAIXBJD HEB "A BGIFKS." Erie Austin, on the 4th day of April, 1881, became the wife of Edward A.

Austin and lived with him with certain exceptions until May 1885, when she left her bed and board because of cruel indignities born of ungovernable fits of anger. She alleges that Edward left her for three days at a time; that on one occasion he drew a revolver upon her, and that In April, 1882, he left her for several weeks, and in 1863 absented himself without cause for six weeks, leaving her destitute and without means of support. She says he constantly quarreled with her and was once confined in the Work-house for choking her. These facts, with a year's desertion and the statement that he called her vile names, notably "a heifer," she submits should give her a decree of divorce and the restoration of her maiden name, which was Erie Sherman, PUT OUT HER FTHB. Minnie Belsheir asks to be divorced from the bonds of matrimony which she contracted with Wm.

Christooher. who married Flnrsnes nn the 8th day of February, 1882, says that he was always a dutiful husband, but disregarding that fact his wife on February 12, lbSo, deserted his bed and board and has since remained away. One child, "a boy of tender years, the petitioner says was born of the union. On ac count of the youth of this boy he prefers to leave it with the mother, but ba uk tn ha re lieved of the bonds of matrimony. Mil.

Mr. Moore says that for a period of five veara th lady has refused to live with him. For these things he asks a divorce and the custody of his children. The wife makes answer, admittlner the mar riage and the children, but denying all other allegations. A DRINKER AND VAGRANT.

Mathilda Altmeyer. wife of Christian, whom she wedded on the 26th day of April, 1864, asks to oo reieaseu irom toe contract and given her maiden name of Mever. lief as the Court may direct. LEPT WUTE AND CHILDREN'. Robenla Jacobsohn aska a divnren from Wm. Jacobsohn whom she married in July of 1880. The cause assigned is that the defendant deserted the plaintiff and her children in December of 1885 and has since failed to sunnort them.

and that he has failed to sunnort her. She asks for the restoration ot her maiden same and a decree of alimony. Charles D. Prince asks a divorce from hia wife Celeste, whom he married in August of 1869. The suit is Dased upon her desertion of him for more than a year.
