Junta justifies those missing in Argentina AND CHRONICLE, Associated Press BUENOS AIRES, Argentina An attempt by the outgoing military regime to justify the disappearance of thousands of suspected leftists in the 1970s touched off new demands yesterday for full information on the missing and the trial and punishment of those responsible.
