Unknown heirs of Edmund Boerner, Huntington Smith, Jane C. Anderson, Murray Anderson. NO. 2692. Now at this day comes the plaintiff by its attorney, and it appearing to the court from the return of the Sheriff in this cause that the defendants Jane C.

Anderson and Murray Anderson cannot be found iu the city of St. Louis, and the court being satisfied that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon them; and it further appearing to the court from the petition in this ca-ie. duly verified by affidavit that the heirs of Edmund Boerner, deceased, are the owners of the following described real estate, ana that their names and places of residence are unsnown to plaintiff and canot be inserted in said petition, and that they derive their title by descent from said Edmund Boerner, deceased. Louis, to wit Two Jots of ground in a street not named, each 25 feet in front or widrn, and :,2 lct in length or depth, being lots and 15, in block 4, In Wash's Lstate addition to said city. And unless he appear at the term of tliis eourt to be begun and held at the citv of St.
