No one was injured in the blaze at 221 Judson which Webster Fire Chief Dick Herzog said he believed was started by a child playing with a lighter in an upstairs bedroom. Webster firefighters were called to the house about 2:30 p.m. The blaze resulted in extensive smoke, fire and water damage to the upper floor of the two-story home, Herzog said, adding that smoke and water also damaged the first floor. "The house is not livable," Herzog said.

Bustin, Franz Our beloved Father, Husband, Friend Franz Bustin, passed away, suddenly April 3, 2004. He is survived his wife Noemi, daughter Marion, son Raphael, grandchildren Jessica and Daniel, daughter-in-law Meredith and son-in-law Rand. Born in Austria Franz escaped the horrors of the Holocaust, to Palestine in 1938.

There he met his first wife Ruth and had his two children. In 1957 the family emigrated to the United States and in 1960 moved to Rochester and purchased their home in Henrietta, where he lived until his passing. Franz's first wife, Ruth, passed away in 1975. A gifted and talented mechanical engineer, Franz retired from Mobil Chemical Company in 1983, after 23 years of service. An ardent skier, Franz was on the ski patrol at Ski Valley for over 20 years.

All who knew him will miss him. memorial service will be conducted at Temple Beth-El, 139 Winton Road Rochester, 14610, on Thursday April 8, at 2:00 PM.
