Beckwith, Alberta Calvert On March 28, 1995 it age 82. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Everett Beckwith. Beckwith was a graduate of Santa Barbara State Teachers College and attended Mt. Vernon School of Law (now The University of Baltimore) until the birth of her daughter. Her husband was with the U.S. Dept. of Justice for 35 years having been stationed in several posts throughout Europe.

Mrs. Beckwith was involved in numerous charity benefits for European children's orphanages. She is a descendant of the Calvert family, founders of the state of Maryland. A Memorial Service will be held on Sat. April 8 at 11 AM at the Pinnacle Lutheran Church.
