UV-Favored Clemson overcame an error-filled first half deficit and scored two touchdowns and a field goal in the last two periods to whip South Carolina, 24-20, yesterday in their 61st football meeting. Post scored two quick touchdowns late in the fourth quar ter for a comeback 30-21 victory over Hofstra yesterday, in the final game of the season for both teams.
