Carter, 26, of Avenue was planning to be a disc jockey at a house party at 866 Smith St. on April 13 when he said he encountered Calvin Cummings, 28, who he said tried to sexually assault his sister years before. Carter said he asked Cummings whether he remembered Carter's sister. He said Cummings began calling her names. "I was upset," Carter said.

But Carter said that, as he left, he saw another man attack Cummings and drag him over a fence. Carter called 911 to report three men were attacking Cummings. Assistant District Attorney Eric Hitzel noted that Carter, in the 911 tape, told the dispatcher, "You better hurry because I think they're going to beat him up real good." Nojay said federal funds could be used not only to build the terminal but also to acquire and clear land for adjacent development, which would cut the cost of private construction.

Laurence Glazer, chief executive of Buckingham properties, a Rochester development company, said he likes the site and the RGRTA plan. But he said there are questions to be answered about the viability of AND CHRONICLE Road for five hours. None of the coal spilled and no one was injured, said Greece Police Lt. Brian Urmacher. It broke our hearts to lose you; you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems same; but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

We love you Rog; your Family.
